Incredibly frustrated by the recent change to block the pick up shelf. I now have to wait for someone to get my order. I probably waited for 3 or 4 minutes today for something that normally I’m in and out in like 20 seconds. If this doesn’t get changed I will not be coming here anymore.
Edit: No do not blame your staff. They were doing what they were supposed to there was people in line checking out orders. If this is your choice you need to have a dedicated person handing out food.

Stopped by today and the younger guy was amazing. Had such a great attitude and great customer service. Helped pick which sandwich to get and had a smile on his face the enitre time. Definitely will stop by this location again

Slow. Unorganized. Stressful to watch. Grill cook only does ONE order at a time backing up the whole operation. Don’t bother you less you have 20-30 min to wait for a sub.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch hot sub today. It was every thing but hot. Bread was cold cheese wasn’t melted. My husband got the big kahuna cheese steak same cold bun cheese cold. I have had it better at the same location. There was 1 customer in there when we ordered and I saw about 4 people working so not sure if the grill prep needs a bit of training.

So we walk in and its warmer outside at 62 degrees, order food and drinks walk up to the self serve soda machine and the diet soda sprays everywhere but into the cup and employee says sorry we dont have any diet soda because its out of order and we are not allowed to put up a sign that says out of order and nothing said when purchasing the drinks at the register because we wouldnt have paid for a drink that a diabetic cant drink other options. So its a sad policy to not communicate to customers when something is out of order.

My favorite sub shop ever! I’m giving 5 starts because of freshness and quality. After that it offered me 3 options – Food, Service and Atmosphere. I ranked them 5 stars, 4 stars, and 3 stars respectively. Why? The food has always been great. However. It’s very noticeable that on the weekends – especially Sunday that “the kids” are working. I visit at least 2-3 times a week so I see all of the service options. When I visit Sundays – there is little emphasis on when I walk in- no greeting until the conversation around the corner is finished. There is a lot of foul language as though there aren’t any guests dining in. Just makes for a really bad atmosphere.. which is why I scored a 3. There is one guy who acknowledged that he saw me in before – which blows my mind as I am in so often. I’ve been in restaurant management for 20+ years and always make it a point to build relationships with regulars. At the end of the day… the food is good. The service could be better but the food and service is still better than going to subway. Would I eat there more- yes. However the service is not deserving of that.

Evan is the best employee at any restaurant ever. He is so kind and gave me excellent service. He seems like the perfect person for a shift manager position. His pride he takes in at working a Jersey Mike’s is incredible and is dedication I have never seen by another person while eating out ANYWHERE. I told my good friend Dustin about my experience and we are going to come back soon and expierience this wonder again! All thanks to Evan, you are the best.
