This was my first visit to this location, and I was very impressed. The store was spotless, and I especially appreciated how clean it was around the area where my sandwich was made.
Matthew helped me, and he was outstanding. It’s rare to find an employee who truly takes the time to get to know you and show genuine interest in how your day is going. He asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and followed up with sincere conversation. Very impressive!
I ordered the club sandwich, and it was delicious as always. You just can’t beat Jersey Mike’s—nothing else compares!

I picked up a chicken bacon ranch bowl to go. Didn’t open it till I got home and they really screwed me over! I have gotten this exact meal at the other Jersey Mike’s in Eau Claire and the container is on the verge of overflowing. This was NOT worth the $10-$12 I paid.

First time eating at a jersey mikes. Our order was taken fast. The sandwhich I got did not have that much flavor. It was roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, mayo, onion, tomato, and the relish. The bread was good. I personally would choose jimmy johns or subway over them in the future.
The staff was friendly. The tables were all pretty dirty and we had to wipe them down before eating.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever paid for. Got a #17 chips & soda for $17. Supposed to be a Philly cheese steak but was mostly nasty grilled vegetables $17 for half of a disgusting sandwich, I should’ve known better with Jersey in the name. I’ll take a subway sandwich over this slop any day for 1/2 the price.

my other half and i stopped in to eat while we were driving through and we loved it. the food was really great and the lobby/eating areas were so clean. keiana was so nice and helpful the entire time she was completing our order. she made the experience so great and we’ll be glad to return.

The food was amazing – Whole wheat bread was unavailable. The young lady taking the order did not offer alt bread. I think it’s nice if they state options so you know. Reading the whole menu quickly isn’t always possible.

My new favorite sub place! Italian club. Freshly shaved meat and delicious Mikes “juice” and add mayo yummy!
The atmosphere in the dining room is not overly large so I didn’t find it relaxing to eat next to the long line of people waiting for their subs. Rather have privacy booths. That’s about all I’d have changed.
