Its a early home Packer vs Vikings Sunday and these kids probably didnt know what was coming for them. I came in to pick up a door dash and I just have to say, you could see it all over their faces, but they took it like champs. They were cool calm and collected and as person after couple after group kept entering they just stuck to the process and kept the line moving at an efficient pace. I was impressed to say the least and they all deserve this shout out. Especially the young brunette lady working the counter, the young shaggy blond haired man pumping out sandwiches, Nd the manager, who seemed to be slicing meats. They had 2 more back ups arriving as I was leaving which just shows the commitment from the owners or management to jeep business flowing happily.

Second time here staff touch screens, pens, etc with the same gloves they prepare my sandwich with. Very disappointing & gross. Sandwiches are good and place seems clean otherwise just really wish they were more careful.

Most times I get good service here but occasionally I’ll get bad service. One complaint for myself and I’ve heard other co-workers say is Mikes needs to control the oils better it can be disgusting and messy when they just throw it on and it’s dripping everywhere. It’s a sub not a greasy hamburger.

First time I went to eat here, everything was fine. Last weekend I ordered the giant chicken buffalo sandwich, and it had disgusting, long, black hair tangled up in it. It disgusted me so much that I won’t even go back. Please tell your employees to wear hairnets.

Missing a sandwich in our delivery order. The person who answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate. Tried to blame the door dash driver, but the bag was sealed. Waited an hour (not the restaurants fault) and our son didn’t have his dinner. I understand mistakes happen, but do better, and don’t try to blame someone else when you mess up.
