Honestly sandwiches are tad expensive for my taste BUTTT if you go for the bigger ones BUT you can very easily make it last for 2 meals. They cut everything in front of you and it taste fresh! If you ask me it tastes like a healthier version of subway.

Stopped on a road trip to LaCrosse on Thursday, February 27th. I went into the restaurant close to lunch. The attendents seemed preoccupied making other orders and ignoring the customers right in front of them. There was one man in front of me who they appeared to ignore to start my order. I had to skip him because I wasn’t sure what was going on. They appeared untrained and extremely unorganized. The whole wheat bread was stale which wasn’t the first time I experienced. Don’t think I will be back.

ordered online they didn’t give us all of our items we ordered a called to see if could get what we are missing and they flat out called us a liar and told us there manager won’t be in for hours. Whoever is tunning this place needs to be looked into if this is how they believe customers should be treated by there employees. Never again and will be contacting corporate

On 02/18/2026 at about 8:45pm (15 minutes from closing), the employees had all of the ingredients put away and were sitting on their phones. When we asked if they could still serve us, they said they closed at 8:30pm and lied. We left and went to another restaurant.

This was my best fast food experience ever. After a long day, I came into this Jersey Mikes and was greeted by the happiest employees I have ever seen. Everyone was all smiles, they even asked how my day was and to let me know if I needed anything. The sandwich tasted amazing and the portions were generous. The vibe in this building was awesome and the music was great as well. I felt so refreshed after stopping here. If you are traveling through, you need to stop and give this place a try!!
