I was planning to go order, but I ended up eating here instead. Being pregnant and feeling under the weather, I thought I’d give Jersey Mike’s a try. The staff were so friendly and welcoming when I walked in. I feel much better now, and I’m glad I decided to try it out. Pregnancy hormones I wanted to cry because of how much better I felt after eating the sub. Thank you so much and for being so kind. It was a great way to kick off my Monday morning!

Ordered a famous philly and paid with cash. Total was $10.81 paid with a $20 change should have been $9.19. Cashier only gave me $9 back because he said they only had quarters in the till so he can only give me the $9 not the .19 cent. I don’t know who the manager is but don’t you think it would have been better to give the customer the 25 cents and eat the 6 cent lose for their negligence? Customer service is dead. Im done with Jersey Mikes. There’s plenty of other sandwich shops around.

All I gotta say is wow. First of all, the best customer service ever. When I walked in, an older gentlemen made sure to greet me as a customer, letting me know they will be with me shortly. I took a few minutes and decided on the club sub Mikes way. Another employee took my order (younger, glasses, mixed) and he was 10/10 customer service. Made great convo while making an even greater sub. He did his job and discussed combo options, bringing it up tactfully. Even more, he made the best sub ever. Give this guy employee of the month. Sub was super fresh and delicious. This location was also clean!

This place is so unorganized. They need to focus on the order in stead of trying to work fast. It was a horrible experience. The one on in Fitchburg is wayyyyy better.

If there was an option to give more than five stars for service, the folks at Jersey Mike’s on Gammon deserve it. The crew was SO friendly – they engaged in conversation which seemed unforced and genuine. They also made a fantastic sandwich that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. The sandwich was good, the service was GREAT! I stopped in 5/26/24 and the three ladies working should get a big pat on the back for a job well done!

So real story I go here and the person ask me if I want “mike’s way?” I do not know this mike and what are his ways? She looks at me like I am from Uranus and scoff look back at her sandwich artist pals. She say, “get a load of this guy guestors with her thumbs toward me – says “he doesn’t know what Mike’s way is lol. so I asks her what is that??? she says well of course its oil with vingear and the spices. I was at Mike’s place I guess so I figure why the hell not – lets try Mike’s way. she perseeds to asphalt my sandwhich with the largest amount of oil I have ever seen in my 47 years on this planet. when I gets my sandwich mind you – dripping it oil all mixed with chipotlee sausage I ordered. However, I tell you strate to ur face – tasted like God himself make this sandwhich and I got a second one after that.
