3 stars because normally the experience is good, but twice recently it has not been the positive experience it normally is. I had to order online as someone else was picking up the order. I placed special instructions to please cook in two items into the cheesesteak, but they were not and the entire bottom bread of the cheesesteak was ruined as it was soggy. The wrap that was ordered was torn as well when opened. I normally don’t like ordering online as it seems the same care is not given as if you order in person.

I’m speaking directly to the owners of this location. I’ve been leadership positions in retail for the last ten years. I’m not sure if I’ve ever witnessed a more unprofessional manager in my life. This has happened twice now in the last month. While standing in line waiting for my sub, this manager starts yelling, not talking, yelling at customers like he’s on an NFL field taunting the other teams player that he just leveled. “Ya good, ya good, what’s good”… like chill out guy. Then at the register he proceeds to keep yelling and when I tell him I don’t want to sign up for rewards, he starts to make a scene by raising his voice even louder in an aggressive manner, barking at me. At this point, all the customers are looking at me except for the staff…. they are all looking away embarrassed as if they see this on a regular basis. Things need to change or this location will go under quickly. If you like Jersey Mikes subs, just drive to a different location.

Usually Jersey Mikes is great, but this location sure isn’t.
Have seen staff badmouthing customers on the line and my online order today had mayonaisse spread on it which I didn’t order and can’t eat.
Would recommend against eating here.

It took a while for the person taking the food orders to get the order correct – she was not native to Wisconsin, obviously, so understandable and not a big deal. We ordered the “meal deal” – adding chips and a soda to each. When sandwiches were finished, we were given them and the cups for the soda machine. The soda machine only had (1) one diet offereing. Diet Pepsi. But it had a sticky note on it stating this was out. No other diet offerings. The person at the register relayed there were bottles of Diet Pepsi available. We would have had to pay for the bottles, even though the the fountain drink machine/dispenser was out of it. How do you run out of Diet Pepsi, shortly after opening, on a Saturday? And not have any in reserve? There should have been (2) two bottles of the Diet Pepsi given for in lieu of not having any in the machine. We paid for the additional chips *and* soda. At the very least…We should have been told, before we paid, that they were all out of the only diet soda.

I ordered a sub for delivery. It was supposed to be a number 13 Italian original Mike’s way.. I got a pile of ham, and a little salami and a little pepperoni with a load of banana peppers and Mayo. I’m a believer in letting the store make it right so I called. No answer, got the answering machine, messages full. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service.

I asked if they could make my club sub hot, but they said no, only the cheese steak subs. I went to the Jersey Mike’s in Delafield just a few days ago and they made the club hot no problem.
