It was our first time at any Jersey Mike’s and I’ve got to say it was a fantastic experience. The sandwich was amazing! The workers were super friendly. Especially Ryan, he was very patient with us when we were trying to decide what we wanted and when we had questions. Can’t wait to go back.

We had never tried Jersey Mike’s Subs before. We decided to give it a try. We ordered the # 8 Club Sub and #13 The Original Italian. My daughter loved the Club Sub. But, I was not happy with The Original Italian. The bun was stuck to the paper that it was wrapped in and there was too much oil and vinegar…. which made the bread soggy. The meat was good, but in general I was disappointed with the sandwich. I will give Jersey Mike’s another chance. Maybe they were just having a bad Original Italian Day. Until then, I will give them 3 stars. I will re-rate them when I go back.

I am writing this review as a warning. I experienced the most severe cases of food poisoning I have ever experienced Wednesday evening into Thursday. I am just now able to keep fluids down. This restaurant does not even desver a star with how severely ill I got.

Since new management change, this location has improved greatly. The assistant manager Karla, was very knowledgeable and kind. The rest of the staff was friendly. The atmosphere here is great with very clean restrooms. Greatly recommend!

Awesome experience at this location, excellent customer service and super helpful and tasty sandwiches! I love how they slice the deli meat to order right in front of you! Super fresh ingredients and yummy fresh bread! We split the gigantic club and they were so great about cutting it in half and putting our different toppings on it. We got it to go and when we got home the amazing employee wrote his and hers on the sandwiches. Such great service, it made me smile!!! Highly recommend this location! We will definitely be back!

First visit and the ladies were nice. I stopped eating sub sandwiches many years ago, but thought would give it a try based on a coworker’s recommendation. It was very salty. No more subs for me.

I don’t even want to leave 1 star. Not only did we receive half the order, some of the ingredients are missing from the #8. Including the pickles we paid extra for. Very frustrating. Especially when the lady on the phone said “Sorry, the employees didn’t check the ticket where it said Giant and they sent regulars.” She then said everyone was new and they would refund half of our order, or we could come in and get the rest of it, with no refund.

Of all the Jersey Mike’s locations I have been to this one consistently fails to have good service. Never rely on your mobile order to be done on time. Always add 20-30 minutes to it. They didn’t even start making sandwiches until 15 mins after scheduled time.
