I had an outstanding experience at Jersey Mike’s! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. I have been coming here for months and get the same great service every time.
The quality of the food was exceptional — fresh ingredients, perfectly sliced meats and cheeses, and bread that tasted amazing. You can really tell they care about consistency and making each sandwich just right. Everything was made quickly without feeling rushed, and the team worked together efficiently.

I love Jersey Mikes! More specifically this location! The staff here somehow always have a smile on their face and serve with genuine kindness. The manager seems to work very hard and never lets the challenges of running a business get to her, she is always bright and bubbly with the same smile too!. The food is always fresh and I have never had anything less that yummy in this store!! Thank you for existing!!

The food was okay Just typical Jersey Mikes. But one thing about my visit to this store will make me never want to come back. The level of professionalism of the management staff was completely unacceptable and unfit for maintaining a functioning, professional, and friendly environment. There was an individual that I believe was a manager who reprimanded employees in front of costumers which to me coming from the food industry was unacceptable. Not to mention this manager was very rude to me and was rude to other costumers, proving to me that this JMs is not a great place and seems to be managed poorly. The store was also not that clean. I will not be coming back to this JMs because of the toxic environment that I experienced. I understand with the lunch rush it can get stressful but there’s no excuse for violently reprimanding an employee in front of a bunch of costumers. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Do better.

On multiple occasions this store has messed up my order. I even BEG them in the order instructions that I want white bread because it is so frequent that they mess it up and give me the rosemary one. I would highly recommend going anywhere else to get food, this store is run poorly and incapable of fulfilling even the simplest requests, even if you begged them. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. This store is not worth your time or money. I do really like Jersey Mikes and will be sure to, in the future, eat at one of their other locations. This one has completely lost my faith and my business. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s for quite sometime. The food’s remained excellent but the service has gone downhill fast. The last three times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered pickup. Not a single time did anyone ask me what I was here for even after standing by the register or in line on all three occasions. There wasn’t even someone in line the last time. Everyone just started doing other things when I was waiting. The manager is doing a great job but the rest of the employees are not stepping up.

The Manager Jeden is incredibly abusive towards staff and has a severely ill minded short temper. Jeden you are beyond ill. This location is not clean whatsoever, and the back of the house has mites and rats. Please stay away from this location, one for your own sanity and two because I can’t promise you what you are going to order is going to be properly made, with gloves on and in a clean kitchen. Watch yourself.
