Great staff, delicious food. They are working the Jersey Mike’s Day of Giving fundraiser. Where all proceeds from in person, online, food delivery apps, tips, donations. 100% percent will be donated to the Special Olympics Wisconsin organization on March 26th. Please please consider making a food purchase, tips, and donation the entire month of March, including the day of. All money raised will go towards the nearly 14 Thousand Special Olympics Wisconsin Athletes. Every Jersey Mike’s location will have either Special Olympics Wisconsin staff or athletes working that day. The first couple times I ordered from here the Philly was good. Lately the meat has been dry, the bread was a bit stale, and the meat is clumped up. I’m not sure if they’re cooking the meat too fast or if it’s just meat that has been frozen too long? Doesn’t smell bad. Not sure what’s going on but this is probably my last time ordering from them unfortunately. I do appreciate the deliver provider being on time & efficient though, I order through Ubereats.

So quick, so good, so fresh. They are so wonderful to customers. This is my personal go-to for sandwiches, and while others in my family have different favorites, they are happy to eat here too. I usually order online and take-out, which is really convenient, but it’s a decent space to eat at, in-doors or out. I like that they have deals for students too (even though I’m not one).

A recently went into jersey mikes whitewater and there was a 20 ish blonde lady with freckles who made my sandwich. There was no men’s bathroom and they locked the door 30 mins before close. I have been to a jersey mikes many times, but this location has extremely poor service.

I asked for a grilled Italian and they said they can’t do that. But then they said they can toast the bread. But then they didn’t even do that. I wanted a hot grilled sub but ended up with a cold one. First time back in many years after experiencing poor quality food. I remember having a meatball sub that tasted really bad.

Ally is so upbeat and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me the best tuna sub I’ve ever had! When you visit Jersey Mike’s to get your tuna sub, please get it on the Rosemary Parmesan bread…… there’s something about those flavors. YUM!

This place was super clean. The two employees were fabulous and the food was just wonderful. We love JM and so glad we stopped in. I was surprised they were open on the holiday, but service was top notch and same for the food. They keep this location super clean and the bathrooms too. The service at any JM store we have stopped at has always been wonderful and it keeps us coming back. Engaging employees make all ten difference ❤️
