I went tonight and bumped into a friend there. The employee that made my sandwich was a sweetheart and made a delicious submarine sandwich. She patiently waited while I had a pregnant, hormonal rant to my friend in line and this wonderful sandwich artist made the most delicious blt sub followed up by with a nice, chewy cookie I didn’t even know I needed.

Given your location is new I assume establishing a positive foothold in the community should be at the top of your franchises list.
Today i was under time constraints but still ordered ahead from your location as I was excited for a Jersey Mikes in the area. The major component of ordering ahead is having the order ready at the agreed upon time. Your location struggles with this.
Waiting 15 additional minutes for 3 sandwiches that were already paid for, while I watched an entire lunch rush zoom past me is unacceptable. Not only is it rude but abismal customer service. No one took the time to communicate the order was underway, or that the staff was understandably behind.
Instead I stood at the pick up area until your staff got around to making my call ahead order. It wasn’t until I mentioned a poor Google review that your staff attempted to communicate the state of my order.
This was not a complex catering order, just a simple lunch pick up. This experience will make me think twice about returning to this location and I will not hesitate to communicate my experience via word of mouth as well.

Stopped in today and experienced the store the busiest I’ve ever seen it! I decided my crave for the sandwich was worth the wait!

My husband had lunch there today and ordered a cold sub which was great. We came for dinner tonight 2 steaks subs, hmmmmm. Remember the old Wendy’s Commercial,”. Where’s the beef”?????? I don’t get it and my sandwich had more mayo and mustard than meat! I even told them to go light on the condiments! I really don’t get it why can’t people follow directions??? I literally cut the roll in half and moved the meat and cheese so it made a mini sandwich for the price of a regular:((((((((. My husband’s hot sandwich was the same way and my husband asked for a little more chipotle sauce but could barely taste it! It was $30 plus tax and disappointing!!!

Many rude employees, although some were very good like the female manager with glasses, female worker with dark hair and glasses and the guy with beard and tattoos. However I saw a black tray of meat and cheese dropped on floor and the main manager told them to rinse it off and put back in case after bearded tattoo employee asked how to waste it out. I heard two employees who were obviously disgusted by the managers order talk about how the roast beef smelled awful and might be expired. So their serving expired meat that smells. Also heard them talk about someone taking tomatoes out of the trash when employee threw them out thinking they weren’t edible. Won’t be back, wont recommend and wish luck to anyone eating there they dont get sick.

I recently visited the new Jersey Mike’s location and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The restaurant was definitely busy during the lunch rush, so I understand the pressure. The greeting we received from one of the employees was very friendly, which was a nice start. However, when we reached the counter, we had some trouble figuring out what we wanted since it was our first time. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted us was quite rude and impatient, it was a girl with brown hair.
On top of that, there were order mix-ups, delays, and cross-contamination issues, which is concerning. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we won’t be recommending it to anyone and will be saving our money for next time.
