Shoutout to Marissa and the crew at Jersey Mike’s! Everyone was super friendly and on point. The sub was fresh, loaded, and tasted amazing. You can tell the whole crew really cares about what they’re doing. Always great service and great food — definitely will keep me coming back.

We frequentl this Jersey Mike’s as it’s close to our home but we prefer other locations based off of the odd history. When I first open there was an interesting management setup and I believe their children were working there. There seem to be some internal drama and then it looked like management changed. The staffing has always been a little odd and inconsistent with quality of sandwiches made.
Recently over this weekend we went in as we had a coupon for buy one get one. We ended up having to eat at home because the restaurant was 55°. Also I noticed that the up keep of the building is falling, with the toilet paper just being set on the railing next to the toilet paper holder and the building looking to be poorly maintained even though it’s new construction.
I would recommend the subs, I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s subs regardless of the consistency in which they’re made. I would not recommend this location and probably looks to make the 10-minute drive to the next nearest one

This was my first time going to The Franklin location John greeted me With great customer service . I ordered the 5 after 5 before it was 5 not realizing it but he honered it for me just for this time . I ordered a giant original Italian and a giant club sub which was delicious. I had great customer service and I felt welcomed . I will be returning at 5 for the 5 after 5. Thanks for being a great restaurant.

First and foremost, I ordered subs for pickup. Upon arriving at the store, I saw the employee sealing up my bag, and figured all of my subs were inside of it. He handed it to me and off I went. Upon arriving home, AN ENTIRE SUB WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. I then called the store, inquiring about my sub and asking for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The response I got from the individual that I talked to on the phone was verbatim, “Call back and talk to the bot and complain, maybe you’ll get something then.” This left me utterly speechless…
Onto the subs themselves:
The absolute worst Jersey Mike’s subs we’ve ever had. My #26 was drenched in ranch, covering the ENTIRETY of the outside of the bread. Resulting in an incredibly soggy sandwich that fell apart in my hands.
The #8 we ordered was falling apart inside the paper before it was even picked up and it looked as though it had been sitting in the juice for 3 years.
You guessed it. The third sub (#56) WAS DRENCHED IN BUFFALO SAUCE, RESULTING IN A SOGGY FALLING APART SANDWICH.
The level of incompetence in this store is higher than their profit margins.
If this had been my first Jersey Mike’s experience, I would never get it again. Absolutely abysmal. Save yourself the frustration and take the extra time to go to the Greendale store. They get it right every time and make quality edible subs.

When I want extra mayo I will state I want it, this goes for mustard too because so much was on my sub it was torture just to force feed my self a second bite just so I can make through the school day without stomach pains. Don’t even dare reply to this saying sorry because if you were you would hire employees who have a bare minimum understanding of a good work ethic, I walked in to get a refund and apon looking at the cleanliness of the store I was lent mortified but I wondered why both lady’s though to relax, sit against the counter and talk to the customer instead of finding something todo. Anyways, I get my refund and she asks me if I want just keep the nasty sub I just returned as if I were gonna eat it, i gave her a weird look, said no, and left.
In conclusion, ONLY EAT AT JERSEY MIKES OAK CREEK!!!!!! They will properly apologize for the mistake, remake the sub and on top of that give you a free sub card for your next visit. Last time I ever forget to add a location which is like to order from on the JM app

We went there yesterday for lunch and it was my first time at this location. Marissa & Margaret gave top notch service with a smile. They were so friendly, helpful and truly made the experience. The store was so clean and organized and you can tell these two ladies take pride in their work. From the minute I walked in the door, until the minute we left as we dined it, it truly was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back! Having great employees and fresh, delicious food is what matters to me when I go out and all of that was achieved. The icing on the cake would be to have some cucumber & avocado available as options to add on to your sub. 😉 Oh, and to sell your delicious pickles!! I would be going there, and only there, to purchase pickles for my home.
