Jersey Mike’s is pretty good overall. The sandwiches are fresh, made to order, and consistently solid. You usually know what you’re getting, which is nice. That said, I’m just not much of a franchise person, so it doesn’t really stand out to me compared to smaller local spots. Still, if you’re in the mood for a quick, reliable sub, it gets the job done.

You guys are great! Love the sub salad option as I have a gluten allergy. Shout out to the manager tonight who wiped everything down before making my bowl! My favorite is the club supreme, however tonight I ordered the “unsupreme” club and it was missing bacon. That’s okay. It was still amazing and I’ll be back! Pic or my half eaten club bowl for tax.

The food has always been good until last week when we ordered a pastrami sandwich. The meat was very fatty and so chewy that it had to be taken off the sandwich because it was not edible.
All of the other sandwiches we’ve ever ordered from there have been great, just don’t waste money on the pastrami.

I’m sorry, Jersey Mike’s might be good, but the prices are not worth the quantity of food given. It looks nothing like it’s advertised. I’m sorry I shouldn’t have to pay for extra meat when it should already come with a decent portion. I’ll be going back to Cousin’s. Because Jersey Mike’s is not it. Skimping on the protein.

Every time I go the workers are always so cheerful and happy! I really enjoy going because I know I can count on a positive experience every time I go! They’re always asking about my day too! Last night one of the workers even drew a flower on my bag and it made my night!

I was having a rough day and feeling super stressed so It meant a lot to me that every single employee that I interacted with in Jersey Mikes was kind, personable, present, genuine and patient.
You guys really have the best employees at this location, do the work to keep them, good employees are hard to find .
Who ever is doing the hiring and training also needs a raise and a pat on the back.
This was my first time to a Jersey Mikes and it made a great impression on me.

Server was upset I wanted the juice on the side. I ordered Italian with pickles and extra pickles and jalapeños. Got 2 jalapeños on one half of sandwich, no pickles whatsoever!!!

The staff was super nice but didn’t offer us to put anything extra on our food but offered other customers. They also didn’t ask if we would like a bag since we also got chips to go. They cut other customers sandwiches but didn’t cut or offer mine.
