I like their subs. I like the oil and vinegar to finish it off but They sure scrimp on the bacon for some reason, very little compared to the size of the sub. They have a vat of them. Its pricey but then everything it is. I feel its much better than the rest.

First time trying Jersey Mikes after watching a ton of amazing reviews online. To say I was underwhelmed would be kind. Both the Italian and buffalo cheese steak subs I got were blah at best. I didn’t finish the buffalo cheesesteak..I could taste no Buffalo or blue cheese and the “chicken” had the texture of gravel. The warm shredded lettuce gave the texture of eating slimy hair. The Italian was equally as disappointing but after adding some Dukes mayo and a lot of salt and pepper I was able to eat it and not waste it. For $22 I’m so sad I essentially threw that hard earned money away…but I’m most disappointed after highly anticipating having an amazing dinner it was a complete let down. Maybe it was an off day for the staff? Or maybe because I didn’t leave a tip on the app (because I’m sorry but what the heck)…for $22 I expect so much more. Cousins would have given me a much larger portion and all the flavor. If you’re looking for a good sub go to Cousins….Jersey Mikes unfortunately isn’t it.

Really not a great place to get a sub. When we first walked in, we received no greeting. The prompt to order was “what can I get for y’all?” ordertakers tone was negative the entire time. the sandwich maker made it clear that he was not enjoying his job. He told me the total, and when I mentioned I had a coupon, he turned and walked away.
Not to mention, the sandwich was crushed and squished, see photo. Do better. I know you can.

As a frequent customer who loves Jersey Mike’s I need to write a review of the Mequon location in hopes that management continues to strive for improvement and earn my future 5 star review at this location. My recent experience was sub-par from a service and cleanliness standpoint. I was there after the lunch rush had passed around 2p and was dining in. Friendliness and being greeted is hit and miss and this location depending on who is behind the counter. Not requesting anything special other than making a point to train all employees to simply greet the customer with a “hello” and prompt them to order, not just stare at me when it is time to order without saying a word. My main issue during this visit was that all tables in the restaurant were visibly dirty and not being wiped down. Customers deserve a clean table to eat from and this is such an easy thing to correct. I’m no restaurant manager but seems there should always be 1 employee with their head on a swivel to wipe down tables as customers come and go so new customers can sit down at clean table without having to wait 3 min to flag an employee down.

I’m a fairly regular customer at this location and although I do enjoy their sandwiches, their service has never what I would consider great. Up until today it has been tolerable. Today I walk in and 2 younger adults are behind the counter, both of which seemed unaware there were customers in line. They were talking to each other with what appeared to be online orders but completely ignored the walk in traffic. No hello, no eye contact, no “I’ll be with you in a minute “ …nothing.
Perhaps the store is short staffed? Perhaps workers called in sick. I don’t know but where is the manager?
Someone needs to pick up the slack!
Perhaps this was a fluke but I will say the service has been slipping quickly at this location.
