Sub was great, they sliced the meat to order at the time of making the sandwich, that is wild! That being said, as a result, the whole process took a long time. I was there during rush although the line was not terribly long and it took at least 15 minutes to go through the line. I ordered a cold sub, I was expecting it to be much faster.

The sandwich was excellent! The problem was the woman checking us out didn’t listen to what was said about points. I know it was busy but that doesn’t excuse being rude when asked to correct the bill. I will go back to see if maybe when it’s not do busy if she is better at customer service.

We haven’t been to a Jersey Mike’s for a long time and our kids had never been so we thought we’d stop. The meat cutter (woman) was so rude. Since we hadn’t been there in a long time I forgot that we don’t give her our toppings at that time. She was very short when she told me this. I ordered a hot sub thinking I would be able to get topping put on but no, the subs came out wrapped. And at this time the line had gotten very long and I didn’t want to wait in the line and have my sub get cold. I am sorry to say we will not be coming back. I guess we will try another location and hope they are better.

I’ve gone to this location many times, usually about once a week, and had no troubles. HOWEVER, in the past month I’ve had nothing but misfortune. Today, the subs have done me too dirty for me not to share to the world.

Not a clean table in the place, very few bags of chips on the rack, out of water cups, place is a mess. People working were nice but overall environment was not good. I can understand a lunch or dinner rush but I dined in at 3:50 on a Sunday and was the only person in the place minus the occasional to go order. Bathroom was also in disarray, no hand towels in either one while staff sits around on their phones streaming TV shows.

Sub shop with classic offerings. Hot and cold options, made fresh in front of you, allowing you to customize how you want. Mike’s Way is a nice combination of oils and spices that make the sandwich pop. Definitely in my sub sandwich rotation.
