This was an amazing experience! Came in from Milwaukee and needed to pass through Hartford. I called into Jersey Mikes yesterday for the first time and the employee Sam helped me! Went today for lunch! Had a very nice experience (like always) i wanted to note specifically how i appreciated the small talk while making my food. It wasn’t like a “here’s your food. Bye” the lady was asking about my day and having good conversation as she was preparing my food. I know it was probably her just doing her job, but it’s the little things that can change your experience for just “good” to “great” i would personally love to give this women a shout out but i didn’t catch her name. Dark hair, glasses, was working around 11am today. She deserves a shoutout. Thank you!

Get a drive-thru already! Yeah, we know every Jersey Mike’s just has to be in a strip mall so you can avoid the massive increase in customers that drive-thru windows naturally provide. You’re missing out on at least 47% of the populace who refuse to go to a restaurant without a drive thru. Your competitor next door surely knows that! Frankly, it’s puzzling that a business would have so little interest in maximizing profits. Despite the strip mall I’m sure some wizard will figure out how to get a drive-thru in there. Hopefully by the 2040’s!

I experienced an issue at this location so I sent in a customer support message on the Jersey Mikes website over 4 weeks ago with confirmation email that it was sent to the franchise and have not received any response. To have an issue and then be completely ignored when you reach out for a resolution really says a lot about the management of this location

Jersey Mike’s at noon on a Tuesday for carry out order for 4 people , worst possible experience, they couldn’t get the order right and didn’t take us one at a time, to get the order right. Inexperienced workers, but still not an excuse to not listen to your customer.
We’ve been to other locations, but this one is not run well, horrible experience. Would not recommend. Train your employees. Listen to your customers, one at a time, not Mike’s way, the customers’ way.

I wanted to share my experience with the staff at Jersey Mike’s in Hartford. I didn’t feel like cooking tonight, so I brought my three little ones here for dinner.
Haydyn, who we later found out was the owner, was very welcoming when we walked in the door. The place was very clean and well maintained.
I encourage my children to order their own food. He was very patient listening to them, while they figured out the menu.
Lexus was so sweet and patient listening to my kiddos, when asking for what they wanted on their sub. She smiled and was very welcoming.
For myself, I wanted to try a cheesesteak. I asked Haydyn for suggestions and he did not disappoint. I think I ordered a 99, but whatever it was, was absolutely delicious and they did not hold back on meats or toppings.
I’ve been super impressed with Jersey Mike’s. I was once a Cousins patron, but numerous Cousins Subs have really dropped the ball with service, filling an order, their personalities and actually covering the bread with what you pay for.
