Staff is always extremely welcoming, very friendly, chats with you, makes food with love, genuinely cares. Really!!! Ignore any poor reviews, the team would fix or someone is venting and having a terrible day!?? 100/10 location!
We honestly don’t eat out much at all, like 2x a month tops…but we have been using up “Shore Points” a lot lately bc of convenience and excellent food/service.

I visited this location around new years and I still cannot find another Jersey Mikes location with the same quality and service as this one. The restaurant was sparkling and the food tasted so fresh! Geneva was extremely enthusiastic and welcoming which made for a great experience. She even made sure to clean everything for me because I’m gluten free and I felt so safe! I can’t wait to visit again!!!

Always fantastic. I had to call when a coupon did not work and again when my ordered defaulted to ASAP pickup. Gar (spelling?) Was just totally delightful. So helpful and patient. Worked with his manager. Jersey Mikes is always delicious but how amazing that the team there is also wonderful. Thank you! ❤️

This is the worst Jersey mikes store. Everytime we have ordered they have screwed it up. One of these was to have double the meat and for extra money I would expect them to look different. They are the same. Avoid this store.

Ordered from this store straight from the Jersey Mikes app. 2 hours later, sandwich never arrived so I called the store and it turns out no one had ever picked it up to deliver it. The store manager Nikki was kind enough to apologize, offered to remake the sandwiches and call DD directly to remedy the issue and it was delivered soon after. Great service on the stores end considering they are at the mercy of DoorDash.

I am so glad we finally have a Jersey Mikes near us now. The greetings I got when I entered the store made me feel at home and like they were my family. The food is amazing and fresh cooked just how I like it. Their entire staff is incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. They are constantly in motion doing their jobs.The manager especially helpful in explaining options that made my sub the best I’ve ever had. She is the best! The store is spotless and the smells of good food and fresh bacon cooking enhances the taste of the meal. The only subs I will eat from now on.
