I have been a patron of Jersey Mike’s since they started opening in the Quad Cities. All the locations provide fresh and quality food along with excellent and friendly service. I usually visit the Competition Drive location since it is the most convenient. Garrett and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

So I finally walked into Jersey Mike’s for the first time, fully expecting just another “meh” sandwich stop—and wow, was I wrong. These employees? Absolute sandwich angels. The second I walked in, I was greeted like I was entering a five-star deli heaven. They were friendly, attentive, and clearly took a blood oath to make sure my order was flawless.
One of them even struck up a convo while making my sandwich, which was shockingly wholesome and not the awkward small talk I was bracing for. Most places treat you like a walking inconvenience—these folks made me feel like the MVP of lunch. Thank you, Jersey Mike’s!

I normally like Jersey Mike’s but I was very disappointed in this location. I ordered online for pickup and didn’t think to check my sandwich until I was home. They messed up my order adding lettuce, tomato, and onion. I ordered gluten free bread and it was so stale I was choking trying to eat it. I have not had either of these problems at other locations.
