The slicer should be wiped off after each meat is sliced. They should not be slicing ham, cheese and all other meats without wiping of. The slicer. Also as sandwiches are put on the bun they should be kept separate from the next sandwich. The sandwiches should not touch another sandwich. The work space should either have a sandwich paper under each sandwich or be wiped off before next sandwich is made. My sandwich was plain but had a taste of seasoning because of the sandwich next to mine had seasoning put on it. There are rules to follow when handling food.!!

The crew here was fantastic and on top of it. Noticed me hemming and hawing over what to order, made recommended choices that were devious. Sweet stacks of fresh slices of delicious and delectable cold cut as, fresh and bread that was savory. Great customer service from slicer to cashier.

First time ever trying. Food was surprisingly poor. I got the chicken bacon ranch. When I got the sandwich the bottom was so soggy it was falling apart to where I couldn’t even hold it. Tasted bland. Probably won’t be back but at least I can say I tried. Service was good, the food was bad.

Came in just before closing after leaving a 3 day hospital stay. Staff was very upset when we asked for hot subs and chose not to listen to how we would like them prepared causing us to go back up and knock on the door to have it remade. The brown bag they write the sandwich number was still on the sandwich so they knew which one was wrong, they proceed to remake the wrong sandwich again. If you dont like your job that much find a new one or pick a different shift.

We’ve recently become fans of Jersey Mikes in North liberty and are very excited to have this location open. Everyone was friendly and fast! We had a complicated order for our family of five picky eaters and they nailed it. Philly cheese steaks are amazing and my Italian sandwich heated on the grill was the best. Highly recommend and we will be regularly back to eat! Welcome to the hood!
