The place was clean, fast service with my order, and the sub was absolutely delicious! I didn’t even finish it because it was so filling. So saved the second half for lunch the next day.

Will never step foot in the waterloo location again. Employees are SLOW! Floor disgusting, covered in food and they were slow enough to clean. Messed up our payment somehow. And the employees are not properly dressed. Please hire people that look homeless. Hopefully Kyle can turn that store around.

The sandwiches are good but I had an issue where I waited a long time for an order and one of the two sandwiches on the order were forgotten. I guess because they got busy all of a sudden. I had to leave due to crying kids.
