There is a very high frequency sound coming from a motor up near the ceiling that cycled off and on several times while we ate these beautifully prepared sandwiches built by some true sandwiche artists! Kinda killed our vibes. Dampen it for your employees please?! Thank you!

My husband and I came in VERY excited after he had to fast for 2 days to have a procedure done. The staff was all just kind of “blah”. They did not interact with each other. No friendly smiles to the customers. My club sandwich was done very quickly, but we had to wait about 20 minutes for my husband’s philly cheesesteak to be done. You would think the hot sandwich line was busy, but there were NO other sandwiches being made at the time – the girl making the hot sandwiches was walking around doing nothing while we stood there waiting. She FINALLY started to make it when it appeared a couple other orders came in and they were all made together. Zero sense of urgency from anyone at all.
The food was fresh and good once we got it home to eat it, but definitely do not come in if you are looking for a hot sandwich done quickly.

My wife and I have been to this location a handful of times and its always an experience we look forward to. We recognized Tate from another location we used to visit regularly. He always has this impossibly positive, uplifted attitude that I think we could all use. He and Amir made our sandwiches and they have a great handle on portion control and customer interactions. There were two girls working as well and I cant recall their names but they were wonderfully friendly as well. This people aren’t the type of people you just see working at a sub shop, they have future leadership material ingrained into them and Im thankful our world exists with them part of it. You folks rock. Bless

I have a Gluten allergy, and it’s hard to find a fast but fresh food place to eat. The staff took special care with prepping my order, all with efficiency. They were friendly, the restaurant was very clean and well lit.

‘Mike’s Famous Philly’? Maybe long ago in a land far away. I call it the Best Bread Sandwich in town. I’ve been there twice and both times were a fail. First time, sent me away with a take out with onions on my cheese steak after ordering very clearly with no onions as I detest onions in every way. Had to come back later so I missed lunch. Guy made me a decent one when I came back to replace. Photos are of my recent and last visit. Taking onions off the sandwich shouldn’t make it this minuscule. I wouldn’t go back for this sandwich if it were $5, much less the $10.25+. Booooooo Blackstone

The food was made at the promised time for an online pickup order. The food was delicious and the prices seemed reasonable for what you get. The subs were a little messy. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I could smell sewage. This was a definite turn off and I can see why no one was eating inside.

Whenever I go to Jersey Mike’s feel like my sandwich is made especially for me. I know they follow a specific process for every sandwich, the way the sandwich is fixed with care and the interaction with preparer makes it special. Not to mention that my sandwich always tastes absolutely delicious.

This is a good sub shop chain, decorated in a Jersey Shore theme. It is familiar to me because I used to live along the Jersey Shore – they understandably don’t show the general age and decayed look that much of the shore has.
The sandwiches are freshly made and good, made with good ingredients, care and skill. The selection of chips and drinks is good. The facility is bright, cheery and functional. The staff is engaging, helpful and efficient. Overall, this is a good option for a sub.
