For the prices of the food it should at least be made right and not skimp on ingredients. It seems if you ask for extra of anything they end up giving you less. The past couple times have been disappointing. Asked for extra onions and no tomatoes and this is what I get.

New Review!!!!! I went in today to get a sandwitch and the GM I guess was there and she was interviewing someone then went in the back. The lady making my food didn’t know what she was doing and was VERY unfriendly!!! I needed help with my app and the manager lady wouldn’t walk over to help, so the sandwitch girl just stood there looking at me!! I asked if the manager was going to come help and she said she was busy just give me a coupon!!! very poor service, very poor management, not happy with my visit today what so ever!!!! Food was good though!!

I came in on the 4th of July it was busy but Chris and Maggie took care of me while they were taking care of everybody else and did a super wonderful great job. Thanks for recommending the jar of pepper relish Chris!!!! If you go there definitely take care of these guys cuz they’re going to take care of you much appreciated happy 4th of July!!!

This was a pretty good place to grab a sandwich. The food was good but it did take quite awhile after I ordered it before I finally received my order. I got a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich which tasted good & they didn’t skimp on anything. As far as quick order sandwich chains go I have to say this was one of the better ones I’ve tried.

Stopped in for dinner with some friends. I got the Club Sun. I added oil, vinaigrette, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and banana peppers on top of rosemary bread Parmesan bread. It was… chefs kiss

The crew was polite and speedy, only comments is on the oil. The man doing it poured it like a bartender pouring a heavy drink. And it was a bit much. Overall great healthy fresh spot for dinner. Clean inside and nice area to walk around after.

This was my first time at Jersey Mikes. The food was excellent. The building was too hot..for workers and guests.

I was not impressed with the time it takes to get a sandwich. Maybe this is normal there for this type of sandwich prep. However, it wasn’t worth the time.

I like this location. I don’t usually have to wait long and the staff is pretty friendly. My only complaint is that the meats tend to touch one another, and I don’t eat pork. But that’s not their fault. Corporate expectations can be a failure to streamlining sometimes, and multiple slicers are expensive. Keep up the good work! I’ll definitely be back.

I love the food, but the service at this location isn’t great, so slow, and you’re going to wait 15-20 minutes no matter what you order or how busy it is. I wouldn’t go when you’re in a hurry or on a time crunch because you will be late to whatever your next stop is. I’ve given it multiple chances and every time it is so slow. It doesn’t matter if I order on the app ahead of time, I go at the time it’s supposed to be done and I’m still waiting 10 more minutes. If I order there it’s equally as bad. I hope they can get this figured out and I definitely understand staffing and how hard it can be to find staff, but I feel like they always have plenty of people working but no one is ever in a hurry. Would love to keep supporting them but sometimes time just doesn’t allow.
