Solid experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. The sandwich quality is consistent, and I appreciate the fresh ingredients. I got the #13 (The Original Italian), which was tasty and filling. The shop was a bit busy, so it took a little longer than expected to get my food, but the staff was working hard to keep up. A reliable choice if you aren’t in a massive rush.

I ordered a hot sub and was told it could be 5-10 minutes. While I waited I saw the staff struggling with the to-go orders. I saw them switching sandwiches from one bag to another multiple times. Its a miracle anyone gets the right order. I finally get my order after waiting 30 minutes. Gal handed it to me and instead of apologizes for the crazy wait time she said “Here you go”. I will not be back.

Be careful ordering a bowl. I did not realize they didn’t come with lettuce or anything? I would’ve just ordered the sandwich if I had known better.
Food and service are great though when ordering at the restaurant, just know it’ll take awhile.

Gave me the wrong order and then said they’ve been busy and there’s only two people it was just put in the wrong bag. Sympathy as I’ve worked low staff myself, but that’s not the customers fault.No offer to resolve my issues. Never ordering from here again sticking with Jimmy Johns from here on.

I typically never leave reviews but the service here was terrible. If it would allow me to leave no stars I would but it forces at least a 1 star. I understand that it is the 4th of July and I’m sure you don’t want to work but you still don’t need to treat customers poorly. It was our first time ordering here and we weren’t sure how it worked. We did have a larger order as we were ordering 7 sandwiches. I had then all written down to make it as smooth as possible on what we wanted on each sandwich. The very first thing the lady who was taking our order when we told them we were ordering 7 sandwiches did was roll her eyes, huff, and walk over to another worker and start whispering. I wanted to walk out right then but my other family member really wanted to try Jersey Mike’s. While she took our order she was nothing but rude. I’m not sure who she was but by the way she talked to the other workers, I would only assume she was a manager. Definitely do not plan to come back here.

It was a sloppy mess with dressing running out the edge of the paper and down my arms. We waited for quite a while to get it since they were busy. I’m glad they’re doing well, but the cost for a footling and another regular size was over $30… That’s stupid. I could have a sit down meal next door at village inn for that.
Was I glad I tried Jersey Mike’s? Yes. Was it great? No. Would I go back? No, I wouldn’t most likely.
There are a dozen Mom and Pop sub shops around with better ingredients and better value. Go buy from them.

My mother has been living with celiac disease for some time now, and she really enjoys getting Jersey Mike’s subs because they offer great sandwiches at an affordable price. However, the attitudes I’ve encountered while ordering leave much to be desired. There are a couple of girls who consistently roll their eyes and make snide remarks when I make a request, like saying, “we don’t have time for her.”
I’ve tried to overlook it a few times, considering the establishment is new, but it’s honestly quite disrespectful to take 35 minutes to make someone’s sandwich while being rude in the process.

My first time going into the new location here. They were pretty busy but the line went fast. The employees were friendly. Nice clean establishment. The food was good. The Mikes way spices were a little bland compared to the other Jersey Mikes I go to but it was still good. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is terrible. I’d definitely recommend going here.

First time ordering Jersey Mike’s. Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery, scheduled a delivery time. Order showed up within 5 minutes of scheduled time. The sandwiches were spot on! Even my Philly was still hot. Flavors were great. I know all 3 were good because there was no talking while we ate. Cookies were awesome too.
A bit surprised by some of the negative reviews, but hopefully people have a little patience with still being new. You have our business! Good job!
