Avoid this place at all costs. I got food poisoning from this location and have been violently ill. The manager ensured a refund which they are now refusing to give me because it was ordered through uber eats. In an attempt to make this right they offered me a free party platter. Very inappropriate solution. I will never eat here again. Very unprofessional staff. Whoever made this sandwich should have noticed the cancer ridden Rotten bacon that caused me food poisoning.

First off, I’m a huge fan of jersey mikes! I do lots of traveling and stop at locations all across the state but, This location has consistently been dirty and less friendly than the other locations. Pretty much ruining the vibe that i have grown to love at other locations!

Nice location close to campus. Well staffed and fast service. Parking is limited especially during lunchtime as they do a lot of Uber Eats, GrubHub etc.

It was just right cross of the hotel I stayed, they made fresh sandwich in front of you, you can have three different size on most of the menu, I think it’s just a safe place to go, boys work hard and very polite, I think if you are looking for something simple and good, then This place won’t disappointed you.

For a campus location hiring first time service workers, this place knocks it out of the park on quality, well worth the wait.The service is expected for new employees, they have never been rude to me even after making mistakes. Let’s just put it this way there was over 6 guys working all looking lost and acting like they don’t know what’s going on my wife orders a turkey sub asks for no tomato gets extra tomato for some reason secondly asks for it to be toasted the bun was so cold it can break a rock we had to literally air fry it at home not even joking and thirdly she was already having a bad day and was excited for jersey mikes well from what you can read you can see how that went I think the employees need to be better trained and have to execute the job better otherwise this establishment will go bankrupt

I was surprised at how long my husband’s sandwich took. It was a minimum of 20 minutes, I think around 30+ though, honestly. I thought they must have forgotten it. They said a hot sandwich would take longer, but no sandwich should take that long. If that is normal, i definitely wouldn’t go back. By the time I got to eat, my sandwich was pretty soggy since i waited for my husband’s to get done. On the menu it says cold subs have lettuce, tomato, onion, and the red oil and vinegar, but none of that was on my sandwich. I told them I wanted all of that plus mayo, so I’m not sure why all of that was missing. My sandwich was a huge disappointment. Lesson learned that i will watch close if i were to go back. The staff was friendly and everything else was quick.
