Today was my first day trying Jersey Mike’s subs Cadillac, Michigan it was delicious. The service was spectacular. Everybody was very nice and helped you through. Since I really didn’t know much of what I was doing, there was a gentleman there named John. His personality and friendliness made my sandwich taste even better. That is one employee you are lucky to have. Everybody was very nice. It’s refreshing to have good people like this to service you. Thank you

Sadly, i was hungry and in a hurry as I drove through Cadilac. Having been bombarded by ads with Devito and Manning i gave into the temptation and ordered a cheese steak from Jersey MIke’s. The best I can say is that the service was fast and pleasant. The sanwich was subpar. Devito and Manning hav bad taste.

First time ever going to this place. I Walked in and was never greeted by the person in front. Note, I was the only customer there when I walked in, So I just kind of looked around, looked at the menu, waiting for her because she was wiping off counters. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt of being busy.
Two separate people walked in behind me and were greeted and served before a tall young man came up from the back and said hello to me and asked me what I wanted.
It only took that first person working up front to ruin the whole experience.

Read ingredients if you are trying to eat clean. Descent but they have a problem reading what you want on your subs. Double check. Hard to give 5 stars on service when they mess up your sub ingredients over & over.

Went to Jersey Mikes today with my family. $47 and I had THE WORST experience. M We have never been and will not be back. We ordered our food and told them it was our first time. We got two hot subs and a kids meal. We were just handed our subs after 30 minutes of waiting. I asked the woman if we were not allowed to get toppings, as I was genuinely confused. They were just plain subs. And she said “yeah sometimes”. Then she stated we had to order what we wanted on the sub when ordering the sub (we did not know). I asked her if I could AT LEAST get a side of ranch and stated we had no idea. THIS IS WHAT SHE HANDED ME WITH NO LID AND BARELY ANYTHING IN IT. absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Got to give this place five stars. They just opened. Everyone is learning the ropes. The staff and the GM everyone is going out of their way to get all the bugs worked out. If you have an issue they make it right and then some! Will definitely be back here to this location! And that is all because of the excellent service that we received! All of the Jersey Mike’s Subs are fantastic! But this location the service is above and beyond excellent!

I was there a few weeks ago and had a chicken sub. It was awesome. Today I went in hoping to get the same one but it didn’t see it offered so I took the Chicken Philly. NOTHING like the chicken sub I had before. It wa dry and they never asked if I wanted any condiments on it.

Love the food but this is the 2nd time (2 different locations) they took my order then immediately waited on the person behind me which left me standing there waiting for my order. Not sure why they do this but it feels very rude. They actually had to ask for my order again at both places.
