Was not greeted when I walked in. Stood there for over five minutes and no one helped me. There were no other customers in the store, multiple employees were there and looked at me, and one person was restocking pickles literally one by one, but no one ever came over. Ended up leaving

This is our first time trying Jersey Mike’s, and we are very impressed! We ordered online and picked up our food to take home. Our food was done when we arrived, so it was done quickly. Other than putting onions on a sub we ordered without, our order was perfect. Pricing is fair. The sandwiches were delicious! We bought two cold sandwiches and one hot. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and #13 Original Italian. Food was fresh, well prepared, and very tasty. We will be trying them again in the future!

Although my order took much longer than expected, the workers were very kind. I realized after I got the order back to the office that I accidentally stole two bags of chips after I had misheard him saying that he had already put my chips in the bag. So sorry for nabbing extra chips, but shoutout to that young man for not making a big deal out of it!

Best time ever at Jersey Mike’s, this was the first time I brought my kiddo and we are having a jail break for doctors snd dentist appointment from school. Best break lunch ever! The staff was excellent and friendly.

Slowest service I’ve ever received. I placed a mobile order for 1 sandwich, arrived to the store 15 minutes later, and proceeded to wait another 35 minutes in the dining room for my sandwich while the employees served multiple walk-ins first. They asked me multiple times what the name for my order was, so they knew when it was placed and what the order was. Just frustrating to watch them prioritize others while I sat and waited for so long. Disappointed with the service at this particular location; I’ve noticed similar issues at this restaurant in the past while experiencing great service at every other Jersey Mikes I’ve been to. Might be something for management to look at.

I’ve ordered sandwiches from this Jersey Mike’s location multiple times and never had a problem; until today. I ordered their #9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Parmesan Bread with Extra Cheese, Extra Meat, Bacon, Lettuce, Mayo, Olive Oil Blend, Red Wine Vinegar, and Tomatoes.
On the positive side the bread was delicious, the cold cuts were tasty and of high quality, and the veggies were nice and fresh.
On the negative side, and I’ve included a couple of pictures, there’s highly doubtful there was extra meat or cheese on this sandwich. A single layer of cheese and the same amount of meat I’ve had when ordering sandwiches there before without specifying extra meat. There weren’t enough tomatoes or bacon as you can see. They also forgot the olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Jersey Mike’s used to be able to satisfy my taste for a pretty authentic New Jersey sub where I was born and raised but after this experience I’ll have to think twice before ordering again.

Never once has this location gotten my order right. I’ve ordered from here a total of 6 times, and every single time something is wrong or off. The steak in my sandwich looks and tastes like it was scraped off the ground after sitting there for a week. Beltline location is 10x better, these people are lazy and disgusting and have no sense of food quality. Never had a problem with jersey mikes until I started ordering from this location because it’s closer. I’d rather make the trip to a location further from me for better quality.

I placed an order for delivery, it was over a half hour late and the order was wrong. I called the store 6 times to try and get it corrected, no one answered. I am out money since I ordered a giant and got a regular. I will not be going to jersey Mike’s again they had a chance to correct it and made no effort.
