Ordered and paid for “extra Turkey” on a sub that I just wanted turkey and lettuce on. After they made it I asked, “does that have extra turkey on it?” And they said, “yes ma’am!” ….id be interested to see how much turkey they put on it without asking for extra. There’s barely turkey on this sub. It’s mostly lettuce on a sub bun. So upsetting bc I love jersey mikes usually.

Worst Jersey Mikes in Lansing area. Asked for a turkey club extra bacon, they argued they don’t have that sandwich (I’ve ordered the same sandwich for 3 years) asked to add bacon they put one piece broke into two so I asked for extra bacon she added one more piece and broke it in half. I didn’t buy the sandwich customer service terrible
