Whoever was there on 2/26 at around 1 pm, yall were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I had the giant 17 cheesesteak and it was perfect!! We devoured it before I even had the chance to take a picture lol. And the cookies?! I’m not even the biggest fan of chocolate chip those were for my wife, but she told me I HAD to try them and they were perfect as well! The gentleman told me that he had baked them in the morning and they’re fresh and just by looking at them I knew he wasn’t lying! The edges were crisp but the middle was just the right amount of soft. And the service? Quick, respectful, and efficient. I was in and out of there despite it being busy and me having ordered a giant. Of all the JMs I’ve been to, this one has definitely stuck out to me the most! Thank you guys, much appreciated!

I placed an order through the Jersey Mike’s app for 3 giant subs at the this location — two #12s with paid extra meat, and one #56, and all three sandwiches were supposed to be on Rosemary Parmesan bread.
When I picked up the order and brought it home, I discovered that all the breads were wrong, and the two #12s did not include the extra meat I paid for.
I frequently order the same sandwiches with extra meat from the Okemos location, so I know very well what the correct portion should be, and these were definitely not right.
This was a very disappointing experience. Not only was the order incorrect, but the quality and portion size were far below what I paid for. I hope the store improves its attention to detail and accuracy with mobile orders.

I’ve ordered from Jersey Mike’s Subs numerous times and every time the food was fresh and delicious including the bread. I ordered a cold Club sub #8 on white bread with olive oil, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, turkey, ham, provolone cheese, and applewood smoked bacon. I added extra meat because I’m a fat kid. I would highly recommend Jersey Mike’s Subs to my friends and family. The bread was soft and fresh and everything tasted great. Generous portions and easy to add chips and/cookies and a drink to make it a meal. The sandwich alone kept me full. Definitely a great place to pick up lunch.

This location is amazing. Every single time I have gone in, the staff shouts a friendly greeting before I even come close to the order counter, always with a smile on their face. They make ordering and interacting with them fun, which has become lost in the times of today. The food is always made to perfection every single time, and is made very quickly, so you won’t have to wait long at all. The entire place is always very clean, tables are cleaned quickly after use, and no crumbs or messes are left behind. Overall, nothing but good things to say about this location. Props to the staff for being so friendly and efficient, and to the manager(s) for keeping such a well trained, well mannered, friendly, and efficient crew.

Decided to go back to try again after not going for several months cause I thought some of the employees was rude.Glad I tried them again cause I’m very happy this time,when I asked for certain parts of my tomato he was very nice and did it with no problem. The sub was awesome done perfectly. I’m glad for all the new employees.The Really good manger was there also made my experience much better. Thanks lady and gentleman now I can eat my favorite sub again.

This jersey mikes is the best one in Lansing/ east Lansing. They are always kind and accommodating. They’ve never messed up an order and pay attention to detail. Cole and alana helped my boyfriend and I out on one of the coldest days and were so positive. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
