Great place 10/10 way better than subway or jimmy johns! I love the mikes original #13 great balance of ingredients very fresh, nice supple bread and not very soggy. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were helpful and generous with the toppings it was quite packed in there since this is the grand opening!

Friendly staff. There was a huge line (first day open) but it moved pretty quickly. Restaurant was clean and well lit. There were chairs and tables enough to seat probably 20 people I’d say. Restrooms are also available. The #13 Original Italian Mikes way was amazing.

I was headed to another fast food when I spotted my fav sandwich shop Jersey Mikes! It was very busy as it should be. I ordered reg #13 add bacon. Everything was fresh and the staff was friendly and attentive. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Huge thank you to Mike at the store for taking all the proper precautions when preparing my food to avoid aggravating my gluten allergy. I watched him take great care taking time to change gloves, fully wipe down the counter top, slicer, and around the slicer. Changing his gloves again to them set the station to prepare my food. He was so kind and accommodating! You don’t find many employees who put that care into their customers. Huge thank you again Mike!!!

The first time me and my son went they were so extremely helpful and everyone working there had a fantastic additude the food was made infont of us freshly cut meat to order . They will.put what ever on the sandwich you want . They package it up in paper put it in a paper bag with handles not plastic. I can’t say enough good about this place . Will only get sandwiches from here for now on . It’s a must try …..

The older lady in there with white grayish hair is extremely ignorant when it comes to customer service. She was rushing us she said do you want it mikes way to my husband and I said he doesn’t know what that is and proceeded to do mikes way on his sub. She did not care about our request and embarrassed us for no reason we tried to be polite and it backfired. Someone needs to consider firing this lady. Very unprofessional behavior and very disrespectful!

Last time I online ordered the subs were in the wrong bags. This time I had onions when I wasn’t supposed to. Even had the -O on the bag. Still tasted like onion after I removed them. Do better.

I went to Jerey Mike’s tonight about 7:55pm. I order at 8:05pm waited till 8:20 for my sandwich to get finished. The guy fixing the sandwich was also doing the Mike’s way and cashing people out. I counted 7 people working at the store everyone looked like they were lost. Who ever was the manager was that nite needs to be retrain on how to place his employees in the right position. There were about 4 people behind me waiting to order. The Women next to me state ” This is not a very good way to run a Business “. Hopefully things will work out for the better….
