First off they claimed running short but it’s 5 on shift and it was very ghetto honestly. I had to wait 25-30 mins for my cold cut NEVER used to be that like that! Than the food hazard is wild! Old cheese sitting on the slice machine , recipet paper on the sandwiches you never know who touched that paper before it got to the store. No glove changing when touching the computer to check out. Just down dirty and slow service. But they were nice I guess

Been here twice and the food was good both times. Subs are large with lots of filling. Good value for the price. Far better than subway or jimmy johns.

I just left and the service was not friendly like it was at one point in time . The meat is sliced super thin and I expected to have to ask for less instead the amount of meat that is now used is half the amount that would be on the sandwich and just overall a terrible experience . I will never return .

Great veggie sub….OMG the young lady on the grill understood the assignment with my sub….the best veggie sub ever. Everything cooked perfectly with love. The staff was very friendly. Awesome Flint location!!!

Dog water customer service like literally awful, had my order taken and then had nobody starts making my sandwich (yet had time to fiddle with the vegetables and organized them), then they have the bright idea to take a super exhaustive long order from the person behind me all the while they still haven’t started working on my single sub. By the time they FINALLY get to my sandwich I audibly heard “I HATE GIANTSSSS” as this horrible worker girl proceeded to blast my sub with an entire HALF BOTTLE of vinegar sauce running the sandwich bread and lettuce all throughout.
Nobody knows what they’re doing, and they hate their job as they will audibly say to you. Don’t go here, the food could have been good but these workers are horrible.

But hey, in today’s day and age, you get what you pay for…
Attentive staff, ordering by phone is the best, always done by the time you get there… at least with my experiences.
Staff is almost always upbeat and friendly, unless their getting “slammed” on a Friday evening. Sometimes there’s not enough of them. However, they’ve NEVER been rude or condescending.
Great crew, just be patient, they have many customers and can only do so much. give em a break and tip them, they deserve it.
