Jersey Mike’s Subs never disappoints! The food is always super fresh the bread is soft You can tell they take pride in what they make. The staff is always friendly fast and on top of things even when it’s busy. My order is always right, and they make you feel welcome every time you come in.

Very disappointed. $45 and the food was awful. We were never asked if we’d like it miles way, or anything else in it. Imagine my husband’s surprise when he got a dry chicken sub with cheese and peppers. Mine was super disappointing as well. I used to go often. I won’t go back. Went yesterday 10/12

I went in on friday night and received some of the most rude service!! I was greeted with a mug by the gentleman and the woman with purple hair. As I proceeded to place my order, the gentleman at the slicer couldn’t hear me and got an attitude. I will not be back.

A very good Italian sub. Not like I was a kid again but getting there. All good meats and fresh veggies and some pickled as well. Olive oil, vinegar and the ‘seasoning’. Mike’s way.

The food was amazing! But I found a little plastic tag you would find on clothes to keep a tag on it in my sandwich, and I also had to correct the workers 4-5+ times about what goes on wich sandwich, also I asked for extra banna peppers and I get home to open it and check it and there were 3 total banna peppers on the entire sandwich, 2 peppers on one half and one lonely pepper on the other. We love jersey mikes but we may never visit because this poor service.

How is this place in business and/or opening new ones? Overpriced rinky dink sandwichiches passed off as “regular” sized. Steak shaved straight off the processed Steak-Um cow kindly over seasoned and salted to hide the taste of rubber. Cost cutting savings so good you can taste them. In Michigan there’s so many better choices, Big John’s this is not, at least Tubby’s gived you provolone and lettuce. Heck, Kmart subs were better. Overrated, way overpriced especially for such small overhead and don’t let fresh sliced lunch meat fool you, it’s still processed lunch meat. I tried it so you don’t have to. Save your money and go to Jimmy John’s or anything next door.

Always excellent, even with delivery, Hot, fresh, and filling. The cold ones are just as good. Try them all, customize it how you like. You won’t be disappointed. Hands down best Sub place in town.

Very poor customer service. So much attitude. You get rushed out the door and none of the employees ever seem happy. And the subs are very busy very sloppy for how much you get charged for them.
