Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

I ordered 3 subs tonight, 2 were the right subs 1 was completely wrong. Was missing quite a few items asked to be put onto the sub. It was supposed to be the turkey club sub was missing bacon, pickles, banana peppers, honey mustard & onion: Was a busy night it looked coming in to pick them up. Need to pay closer attention when making orders.

I stopped in to purchase Mike’s Pepper Relish that this store sells. The transaction itself seemed straightforward — the cashier asked if I wanted a bag (I said no), I tapped to pay with my phone, received the charge alert on my device, and the screen reset to a new transaction screen. The cashier walked away during this and did not ask if I wanted a receipt.
Just to be safe, I waited for her to return and asked if I was all set. She confirmed that I was.
As I turned to leave, the employee who had been cleaning the floor and tables when I first walked in called out “ma’am” to me. When I turned around, he asked, “Did you not hear me?” and then, “Did you pay for that?” Firstly, no I did not hear him, if he had said something prior to ma’-am. And second, yes I did pay for it.
It felt extremely accusatory and uncomfortable — especially considering he had been standing there the entire time and should have seen me tap to pay and the screen clear if he can jump to the conclusion that I didn’t pay for it. I even waited for the cashier to return from the back to double-check before leaving because no receipt was provided.
When I said yes, I did pay for it he looked to the cashier and she confirmed I was good. While I understand businesses need to prevent theft, the way this was handled felt unnecessary and embarrassing.
I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication between staff so customers don’t feel wrongly accused after completing a legitimate purchase.

I asked for 2 big cohunas that came out dinky. I asked for the buns to be grilled.Neither one of them were grilled.I asked for the condiments to be put on the side they put him on the sud and made them wet i realized when I got home that they messed my order app, I’ve been trying to call them for 2 days, they have a computer that don’t compute ask for a manager 5060 times and I got nothing, they might want to fire the managers and start all over. Do what you’re told to do, please. Listen to your customers

My recent pickup order from Jersey Mike’s Subs on Highland Road was a truly positive experience. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which is always a great sign. My order—the #7 Turkey and Provolone, #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, and #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak—was ready right on time.
The real test, of course, was the food itself, and it passed with flying colors. Everything was hot and fresh, a huge win for a pickup order. The classic #7 was perfectly balanced, while the hot subs delivered on their promises. The #42 had a great smoky kick, and the #44 was a fantastic mix of spicy buffalo and creamy blue cheese. Overall, Jersey Mike’s proved that their quality shines through, whether you’re dining in or taking out.

Honestly, this place is super legit. The sandwiches are always AWESOME, the employees are always so friendly and look like they’re having a good time. The store manager is a super nice guy (I actually called to compliment him on the way he runs his store one time, his name is David). I mean, look at the picture of the sub I got today – these guys rock.

I’ve never experienced so much verbal unprofessionalism from employees in my life. I’ve counted about five F bombs and so much negative talk about getting so many orders in. They were also complaining about someone calling their store and saying that they can call as many times as they want and they won’t answer. I was totally appalled and I was just a Doordasher picking up an order, imagine how much worse it would be if I was picking up a personal order. Thankfully that won’t ever happen because I will never spend any money at an unprofessional establishment.

I love the food they have gluten free giant subs which are always my favorite. And they make sure to ask if it’s because of allergy or if it’s just a preference. But the people that work there always have a attitude and have zero customer service. They just seem so upset to be there. And it makes it feel awkward standing behind the counter while a angry person is making your sandwich lol and the music is insanely loud. But the foods good so what ever ill keep coming back. Five stars for the angry sandwich crew

Was very busy today around 1pm. I’m glad I did a mobile order because they had a long line of people waiting to order. Pretty much walked in and then walked out with my sub sandwich. All the employees working here have been nothing but nice, professional and friendly to me.

I used to order from this place all the time for cheesestakes..They used to be great. Now, I can see how the recession has taken hold of this place. They used to give large meaty portions for the cheesestakes. Now you’ll be hard pressed to find the meat. They are baby portions now. I give this location 6moths before they close. It’s sad to see restaurants sacrifice quality like this. You’re destroying the brand.
