Very disappointed in this jersey mikes. Placed an order on the app and redeemed my birthday reward and my order was made incorrectly and I had to go back and have it remade. I was happy that they remade it but was disappointed I wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience. THEN when I got back to work I got half way through eating my order and found a black hair in my food.

This is by far the best Jersey Mikes in the area. All the employees we encountered were very pleasant, and when we were about to pay I mentioned to my husband he forgot to order bacon on his sub and the woman (I think the manager) seemed more than happy to add the bacon we had forgot to ask for, she was so sweet. We ate our subs there and right away i was saying this is the best Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been in. It was nice and clean. The employees seemed genuinely happy. I ordered the 26 my husband ordered the 17 and they toasted our buns! I’ve never had any other location do that and they should, it made a huge difference! We usually go to the Waterford location, but never again after seeing the cleanliness of this location and how the workers seem to go above and beyond to make the customers subs amazing! Great job Baldwin Road Jersey Mikes night shift!
