I love the #13 Regular Italian
I thought I’d try something new like the new hot Italian very bad choice!! they put together a disaster pretty nasty! i regret it. it would be better if they just used the normal meat like #13 and heat it up and do Mike’s way would be much better but I will still go back because everything else is good

One of few (non-breakfast) chains I’ll happily go to regularly.
And nearly every time I get the #56, The Big Kahuna, with that oh-so-good pepper relish smeared across the bread.
The people are always fast and friendly, even today, their national day of giving. Extra staff on duty today.
I’ve never had a bad experience in a Mike’s and that speaks volumes to me.
Only complaint: it’s loud.

I can never order mustard on my sandwich from here because they squirt it on and turn the meal into a lake of mustard, wiping it off never helps. Mustard should be spread on the bun, NOT SQUIRTED LIKE OLIVE OIL. So sad they don’t train their employees well. How can you ruin a sandwich? Hey, don’t serve what you wouldn’t eat yourself.

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Jersey Mikes 23 Mile in Shelby for following my order instructions. I ordered a Number 7 Mikes’s Way *light on the dressing* using their app. Upon returning home to eat my delicious meal to my delight i realized that a whole container of dressing was used as it was literally dripping off the sandwich. The bread was a very appetizing mush and the paper used to wrap the sub was see thru. Suffice it to say I thoroughly enjoyed my Number 7 sou.. I mean sub! Thanks Jersey Mikes 23 in Shelby!!

I’d like to specifically thank the 23mile team here. My wife and I absolutely love stubborn sodas and it’s partially why we come here. But today id like to thank the entire team that was working today. Elijah matt Alex preia and a few others I didn’t get their names.. I called ahead because I wanted to pick up 12 cans of the sodas and some subs. They were slammed when I arrived but they kept their composer and professionalism and were able to swiftly complete my order. I’ll happily be coming back to this store specifically because of it.

Jersey Mike’s has THE BEST subs! They have the best and nicest staff! My order is always ready for pick-up once I arrive because I place it online (except for maybe 1 time). And my order is always right. And let me tell you something, if you ask for extra veggies, they will get you and give you extra veggies. They don’t skimp on the stuff if you ask for it like some other places. I know that if I order here, this Jersey Mike’s in particular has a GREAT team and is going to have GREAT food. They’re going to get my order correct and it will be the way I want it or would like it (as if I made it myself) and I will get it in a timely manner. I’ve been coming her for almost 2 years now prior to leaving a review but I just felt compelled to leave a review after this most recent order I placed because they just did such an awesome job! Seriously, Jersey Mike’s don’t ever change! Keep up the good work!

The store has declined recently. It didn’t used to be that I could look into the meat refrigerator from the customer’s side and see a giant slice of meat sitting on top of packaged meat. Or look at the slicer and see piles and mounds of meat and cheese from the day. Counters aren’t cleaned, the pop counter is sticky to the touch. I got a cream soda and it tasted like a battery because they haven’t changed the syrup in a long time. It seems like a bunch of kids having a fun time in there.
