This place used to be wonderful about 10 years ago. I was your biggest fan. Id tell everyone about how awesome you were. I just went back the other day (since i was in the area after having moved away), and I have to say shame on this establishment. It has gone so far downhill, it’s ridiculous. Stingy with the meat and cheese, stingy with the toppings, and the worst of it is my bread was so damn stale I thought it was toasted because it literally was crunchy. I don’t know what happened to this place but I hope everyone stays away. There is so much better food around than this place. Do better as a company, but especially this location. Buyer beware. I do not recommend at all

Needed a quick meal as I was heading back to work for the Band Concert and just left Swim Practice. Was welcomed by all five employees and I returned with a thank you…which I don’t think they hear very often. Ordered mini sub my way…grabbed chips and a soda. Ate it in my office at work and it was great.

Feeling really sad today as I write this, because I usually love eating and ordering food from here. I’m a vegetarian, I haven’t eaten meat in 9 years. I ordered a #14 Veggie like I always do, and today someone put bacon on it. I don’t know if this was some screwed up prank or what, but I’m disgusted. Not sure how bacon ends up on a veggie sandwich, but I had to throw away the whole thing after taking a bite, and just cry with overwhelm. Disappointed, frustrated, disgusted. I guess, make sure to check your order before sinking your teeth in.

Placed the catering order five days before my event. Went by the morning of the event to confirm showed up to pick up my food at the same time and it was not prepared. I was pretty put off by one of the staff joking that it would take a long time to get that order together. Conversation with the Manager didn’t start well. But his willingness to make it right, the speed at which the Chef rushed to prepare my order and the young lady who cut and wrapped everything changed the tone. Great service, will be back.

Love Jersey Mikes #7 turkey and the #13 original Italian!! One the best around. Always get the number #13 with extra meat, extra cheese, onions, Oregano and splash of oil and vinegar(yummy) forget the watery lettuce and tomato.
