This location is by far the best I’ve been to. Customer service is top knotch. Food is was very fresh and delicious. Young lady at the counter -Jaelynn- was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely be back soon!

Delicious! Hot! Flavorful! Well made and visually appealing. The Chipotle Cheese steak is yummy! This was made to order because I added mushroom. It was SO good! I’ve never had a bad meal at any of the locations. I definitely recommend this location! Thanks for the fantastic lunch!

New Jersey Mikes in Riverview, 5 min from my house, yay! Walked in and was greeted by such friendly people, I appreciate that. Not busy yet, plenty of employees on board for the after work rush. Ordered to go,a regular Club sub and a regular Italian sub, put together professionally by a sweet young lady. Prices comparable to other places. Absolutely the best Jersey Mike’s Downriver. The staff is fantastic and the sandwiches delicious. Chris the manager is the best. We messed up on ordering online so we called and spoke to Chris. Super irritated because tonight is the second time they completely messed up my order last time when they added jalapeños after I asked for none because I don’t eat them I messaged on the websites feedback asking to hear back but never did ok no biggie mistakes happen they may have been busy well tonight they messed up way worse because both my husband & my sub were messed up. I again got jalapeños on mine & he got a completely different sub with nothing he asked for on it… when this location first opened it was fine & we order at least once a month but recently idk if it’s all new staff in there but they are on the struggle bus & we won’t be returning…

We’ve been coming here since it opened, subs are delicious, you get a good amount for the price. The atmosphere is great. Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. The store is clean.
They got rid of mushrooms, which I loved but I get that if it’s not ordered enough, it’s not worth keeping on the menu.
My one missing star is because a number of times the number of the sub is missing on the subs and we have to open all of the
subs and try and figure out whose is whose which is extremely annoying, when my husband is getting ready to leave for work, so he didn’t want to open his subs yet.
If this is fixed on the next couple of orders then I will add the remaining star. ⭐️

I just really wanted to shout out the gentleman working here this evening! I always feel guilty when I have to order at jersey mikes because I am gluten free due to allergy/celiac disease. Not only did they make me not feel at all like a bother but they were so thorough with all the precautions for cross contamination! Top notch cleaning of the slicing machine, cutting board, got new gloves, and a new clean knife from the back that they kept separately and in a bag to keep it protected. They were both also super kind, funny, and just a joy to be around while I waited for the food to be made. I nearly cried tears of joy for such a safe and wonderful experience! My food was tasty too! 🙂 thank you for making my night!

I ordered a Regular Club sub, Mike’s Way. The sub was stacked nicely with plenty of toppings. The meat on the sub was generous too. The staff was also super friendly and quick. The gentleman that prepared my sub for me even asked how my day was going. I will be back!
