My first time. I heard great things. I liked my sub. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch on Rosemary bread. It was 3 out of 5 stars. It was good but for me it needed more seasoning, more flavor. The staff was really nice. The atmosphere was nice too.

You know what would be fantastic? If literally any Jersey Mikes listened when you order no oil and no vinegar instead of completely soaking your sandwich in it anyway. When the sandwich says lettuce only, that means lettuce only. Went to eat my dinner at work (I purchased it before work) and my sandwich was completely soggy and disgusting.

Staff is incredibly incompetent or apathetic. Only two are doing real work while the other two are standing around or doing menial tasks. I’ve been here 3 times since most of the staff changed and twice they’ve had me wait 30 minutes for a hot sub that was finished, but never bagged. It was only “found” when I tell them how long I’ve been waiting, and the person and the grill says it’s been done way ahead of everyone else.

This place is definitely not one of the best when it comes to Jersey Mike’s. The service was ok but quality of the food sucked. Got my usual roast beef. The roast beef was very fatty. The while sandwich had less ingredients on it then any other Mike’s I have been to and I have been to a lot because I drive for a living. I see why they were not that busy when I got there even though every other food place in the plaza had people coming out the door while I had no wait to place my order.

So I ended up here by accident, after a bad Chipotle experience. I’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s before. They were closing, but the team let me in anyway. I was so hungry, I really appreciate them doing that. I got the tuna large size, it’s a beast and really yummy. The bread is fluffy, veggies fresh/crunchy, and the tuna salad is excellent. Everyone working there was really fun and easy to talk to. I can tell they like working together, excellent team. I would go here again for sure, so glad I had the bad experience at Chipotle, silver-linings and such.

Pitting chipotle mayo on a Big Kahuna chicken cheesesteak is now and forever my goto here in this location, high quality taste for every dollar invested won’t let you down whether it’s lunch or dinner.

Excellent sandwiches. Friendly staff. The best subs in town. Sign up for the rewards system to get a free sub on your birthday and free stuff. Fast service. Clean restaurant. Variety of pops (try the root beer or the cream soda. You won’t regret it.)

It’s a very disappointing location.The employee’s only care about the online orders and their customers that walk in iit wait and wait.We are their last priority and to top it off they don’t even get your order , correct. Skip this location they get zero stars.
