TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I waited almost 3 minutes just to get service, when I finally did a purple haired kid came out from the back and when he finally saw me he sighed. He just seemed overall upset although I felt I had a relatively simple order. I was somewhat satisfied when it came out very fast, but when I got home to eat I realized why it was finished so quickly. The bread was squished with hardly any meat on it. Overall just a gross sandwich that I ended up throwing away. I did not get a chance to see who made it but I can be sure I will not be coming back.

I have now ordered from here for my work two weeks in a row. Last week they forgot two of my coworkers sodas. Now this week one of my cheesesteaks was DISGUSTING. I ordered a chipotle cheesesteak on rosemary parmesan bread and I threw it out after 2 bites. The bread and meat was COVERED in salt. All I could taste was salt. It was the grossest sub I’ve ever had. I’ve called 10+ times today and called 10+ times last week to try to get a refund and they don’t answer their phone. Absolute negligence. I need money back asap.

I signed up for the rewards on the credit card machine and as soon as I did that my phone blew up with spam calls and spam e-mail. 3 months later I still receive 10+ spam calls per day. It is a big waist of my time, so I will waist JM time when I can.

Definitely in my top 3 places for subs. Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is pleasant and efficient. I generally get the #55 the big regular kahuana chicken cheese steak, Mike’s way. Delicious and filling. Get the app to earn points. My last time here I got a free sub.
