Nice experience. They had to make two gluten free sandwiches ahead of mine. I was in that store about 40 minutes! However, they took such great care to make sure the two ladies with gluten issues were not made sick. No cross contamination. It was nice to see how careful they were, even with the long wait. Well done guys!

Ordered a basic ham and cheese from this location on DoorDash. Came with barely anything on it, wrong bread, and no oregano. My leg is broken so my mom went up for me with the entire uneaten sandwich but accidentally forgot my phone. The manager refused to remake it without a receipt even though I’m pretty sure they have access to their past orders in the system. Instead of being helpful she continued to act lazy and rude. I’ll never come back to this location.

Jesus Christ, it is unbelievable that I pay $40 for two subs from here. I am a regular but I could tell you this I would like both sandwiches to be made over free of charge. I was in this past Saturday in a crowded dining room with over 20 people I waited a long time which I didn’t mind but what I do mine is when my food turns out to be a complete disaster I got one steak sub one club sub and the bread was so hard, stale and look like it had been over toasted, and the bread wasn’t toasted all in fact, I got the subs to eat in the evening and the next one for Sunday afternoon as soon as I opened out the package there were crumbles everywhere. I would like a manager to remake these subs and I don’t pay for them. I am attaching a picture just so you can see that I’m not making this up. Please contact me back through this post. I ordered a #9 which is a club supreme. I noticed that my sub only had turkey on it so that’s when they realized that they made it wrong. So I said well can you just add the roast beef and she said no, I have to remake it. She forgot my bacon, then put it on after I said something. I didn’t notice until I got home that she remade my sub on the wrong bread. I asked for rosemary and I have regular bread. She was too busy making free subs for two of her family members who came in and specifically requested that she make their subs. If she would’ve been paying attention to paying customers this wouldn’t have happened. I’ll never return to this location.

7:39 pm Sunday, February 22 I walked into Jersey Mike’s and walked out in less than 30 seconds. My husband and I entered and neither of the 2 employees bothered to speak. There was a lady preparing vegetables who looked up at us, made eye contact, and said not ONE WORD. As a matter of fact she looked at us with a disgusted scowl on her face. The second employee, a gentleman was at the grill and when he bothered to look up he chose not to say anything. There was only one other customer sitting at a table waiting for their order so the restaurant was not busy at all. We chose to leave and as we left we could hear the 2 of them laughing and giggling.

The food was incredible, but the staff was even better!

I stopped in to get a Buffalo Chicken Sub and a Chocolate Chunk Cookie. The sub was made perfectly. It had plenty of fillings and flavor. From the buffalo chicken to the blue cheese to the veggies, I absolutely loved everything about it, and I would definitely recommend it. I came when they opened, so the chocolate chunk cookie was fresh out of the oven. It was warm, crispy on the outside, gooey in the center, and filled with chocolate. The brownie that I took home was fudgey, chocolatey, and truly decadent.

The food was delicious, but Jeffrey and DJ took amazing care of me while I was there! They were extremely friendly, told me their favorite food to get, and made my food as perfect as it could possibly be. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

We order here regularly and recently when we do it’s been awful. Wrong bread, different items on each sandwich and just overall not what we ordered. We have kids so it’s hard to run back and get things fixed but after this most recent screw up I doubt we will ever order again! Photos shows my non existing extra pickles but drowning in honey mustard

I had a disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Southfield, Michigan on Tuesday, January 27th. I came in to place a large order of 24 sandwiches for an event. The employee at the counter spoke to me abruptly and then raised her voice, yelling, “WHAT SUB? WHAT DO YOU WANT?” while I was reviewing the menu. I chose not to proceed.

I spoke with the manager, Dom, who stated that because it was a lunch rush, customers should not expect quality service. That response was unacceptable. As a 54-year-old woman who mentors young women, I find this behavior disheartening. Being busy is never an excuse for disrespect

If I could give -10 stars I would. Staff weee very rude and dismissive. No greeting, just a curt “what do you want” type of attitude, replying “what” to customers when unable to hear their orders, no acknowledgment or greeting before ordering. When attempting to use reward points to pay for food, the machine kept asking for a PIN code. I politely explained I never set one up and asked to bypass this step as other locations have generously done in the past. The employer rudely said we can’t and wallked away offering no other solution. I then asked another employee was the manager available to assist in which he yelled to the front “we don’t bypass if you don’t got it you can’t use it” being completely dismissive never inquiring further. When the order was paid for I asked for a receipt and the workers response was “it has to print”. An overall horrible experience with absolutely no regard for customer service. The entire staff should be reevaluated and/or retrained on how to treat customers.

I’ve been to many jersey mikes in southeast michigan, this one consistently messes up my order, doesn’t prepare my takeout orders until I get there, and gives low amounts of meat and cheese as compared to nearby locations.
