Honestly, this is better than other sandwich shops! I got myself a number 5 club, it was so delicious. I like how the olive oil brings out the flavor, the meat was very delicious. I ended up getting a footlong. Im definitely coming back. Im making Jersey Mike’s my number one sandwich ‘go – to’!

I always enjoy getting sandwiches here. Had one bad experience with an evening crew. It seemed as if they were incapable of making more than one sandwich on the grill at a time. Cars were lined up outside. Only two people inside waiting for food. Maybe I was not being patient but the wait was excessive. So long that even though I paid, I decided to leave. No sandwiches for me that night.

We love Jersey Mike’s, but this place is terrible. We’ve ordered online twice and both times, the wait for pickup is ridiculous. Makes no difference if you note inside pickup or drive thru. If the return email says 6:00, you might get your order by 6:30 or 6:45! Won’t go back here. We’ll try an Evansville location. It can’t take much longer!

I came in there for a club sandwich and left with the best experience ever. Came in there late at night around 5 o’clock, and there was a dude there named Jacob that was making my sandwich. So I come here about once a week since they opened. They sent me a promotional code to use. It was good for a set amount of time. Today I went in ( time has not expired ) and they refused to honor the code. They said I could pay the non deal price. I said nope.
I then called Evansville Jersey Mikes and that store general manager said that was ridiculous drive to our store and we will of course honor the code. So the issue was 100% the Newburgh store. Newburgh store needs to get its act together.

I am being generous with the food rate I got the 8.99 deal Hot Italian it sucked I had about one slice of ham and two pepperonis and one grilled onion! AND lettuce sandwich is what I had .I choked down half of it, fountain drinks were broken limited bottles so I had no drink, hubby had big kahuna and was just ok thats were the two stars came from .

Our party of five arrived at 8: 30 and we’re going to dine in. They closed at 9:00 pm. When we got ready to order the Jersey Mike’s employee indicated that they “had just cleaned and they would prefer if we took our food to go and did not eat in. But since we’re customers they had to offer that we could eat in.” I turned around, somewhat baffled by Jersey Mike’s employee request, and looked at our group and we all decided to leave.
A wild thing for an employee to say to potential customers. I believe in providing positive feedback as well as negative. It’s nice to know if you have met a standard or exceeded the standard and conversely, you can’t fix what you don’t know about that’s wrong. Management and ownership you now know about what needs to be fixed.

Some communication errors led to a very plain Italian sub, though store itself is clean and ingredients tasted fresh. Price was high for a bare bones sub.
