Placed a mobile order around 6:00 p.m. on Monday 10/6 for a club sub. Had to wait a couple of minutes past the expected time but staff were nice. As you can see from the pictures, it was quite a messy presentation with some of the food not on the sandwich at all. There was quite a bit of mustard all over the wrapper which made it difficult to fold over to eat. This was the second attempt at this location after a bad first experience so I am likely to try it one more time and hoping it’s better.

Went 02/26/26 and had a friend bring me over to get some subs. He had a giant with extra mushrooms big kahuna and I had a giant with no mushrooms. Somehow some of his mushrooms got into my food and I absolutely hate them. While trying to order I had to repeat and correct what was heard to the small girl taking my order which was very frustrating. And the place was a mess in front of and in the back where food eas made. I dont have his receipt since he paid for it and told them that he didnt need it so no one will fix my order. Very disappointed that ill need to hope im in mishawaka to get jersey mikes again.
Edit: Also noticed the hot subs no longer come with foil to keep them hot. My wife’s sandwich was cold by the time I got home with it when normally the foil kept it nice and toasty when I got home.
Update: 3/3/26: Tried to come in and try again but was told they don’t use aluminum foil anymore for their hot subs. Absolutely crazy to hear. Its one of the main reasons I stop here because it keeps the food warm for long periods of time. Was told they don’t do it anymore because it costs too much money. 3 dollars for 100 sandwiches wrapped is too much? I will not come back to any Jersey Mike’s Again

I went in today to pick up a couple sandwiches for my husband and daughter. The staff was super friendly!! Which is great in this day and age. The sandwiches were prepared perfectly. I highly recommend! Thanks for the great service!

Never ate sandwich. Received 2 out of 3 sandwiches were wrong. No meat on one. Absolutely horrible. Management said I can come back (40 minutes round trip) or refund. Refund for food not eaten. Had to go elsewhere.
