Love this place! So glad we got one in town!! Staff was so friendly quick and efficient. My problem is customers complaining the time they’re waiting like give them a break there busy and it’s only 2 day open quit being selfish they tell you how long the wait is! Y’all are doing great!

Totally understand that this location is new BUT with over 10 employees working I couldn’t understand why it took me 41 minutes to receive just one Big Kahuna. I’ve been to the Munster location where there are only 3 employees, 1 taking your order, 1 on the grill, and 1 at the cash register. I order the same sandwich for 8 years now but this one was not right. Hopefully they’ll get the grand opening kinks out soon.

Don’t go to this jersey Mike’s there service is incredibly slow I’ve ordered from the Munster and Merriville stores and for 2 cold sandwiches normal wait time is 10 to 15 minutes I ordered one cold sandwiche and they told me 50 minutes how does it take damn near an hour to put meat on bread and cut it and wrap it… WOW that’s Insane.. Smh I ordered it threw the App so it doesn’t tell you the wait time before you place an order and I can’t wait around an hour so I’m out of $13 dollar sandwich..

Worst service ever had ordered just one large sub waited an hour and a half still didn’t get my sub. Demanded a refund, he said he made it an hour ago, but never said a word or call my name on the order, then he said here’s a coupon. Very upset with no dinner. Dont recommend this place.
Few days later went for dinner wit the coupons I received few days earlier. Now I order a hot chicken lager with extra chicken worth 23 dollars and only received 2 regular size coupons. Only can order a cold sub and they took both of them and said you can only use one. Now I am even more upset about this place. Loss money andnever got what I wanted. Is it hard to ask for a hot chicken sub and get what you paid for.
