I wish I’d known so much sooner that this chain carries gluten free bread. The Udi’s gluten free bread was so so good. Fluffy and didn’t even fall apart. The staff asked allergy or preference, which I didn’t mind, cause as soon as I said allergy they started wiping down all food prep surfaces and changing gloves. So if you go here with a gluten allergy/celiacs, maybe let other people go in front of you if you can.

Honestly probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Ordered the hot honey chicken cheese steak and if this is normal, like they said this was, this is the most pitiful cheese steak I’ve ever had. Won’t be back here.
On top of that the manager (female) complained in front of my wife, who had to be gluten free, that the process to clean for contamination was taking longer than it needed too. She was embarrassed to say the least.
***edit they allowed me to switch the sandwich out for what I normally order (2nd photo) Store manager (male) didn’t seem pleased and let me know that this was normal for the portions so I know what not to order.

I was looking forward to this meal tonight but the short little mix girl on the toppings tonight was just downright rude. Even after telling her I wanted my sub Mike’s way without the oil she still put the oil on it. She completely skipped over a lady in front of us and even when we told her she skipped her she made the lady get back in line and continued to make ours. Extremely unprofessional and needs fired. This isn’t the first time visiting this location that she’s been downright rude.

I watched the kid making my to-go order and he put the sauce on the sandwich right after I reiterated that the sauce should have been on the side. I asked to speak to a manager because he ignored me and the way the order was put in. Azure and Philippé talked to me and made me feel valued and listened to, like a valued customer. Azure remade my sandwich to the correct specifications and was so incredibly friendly. 10/10 customer service. This was my first time having Jersey Mike’s and I can’t wait to try my sub! Thanks again!!

Fast service, good portion sizes and good food. We enjoyed our ham sub and roast beef sub sandwiches. The restaurant was busy on a Sunday for lunch. The tables and floors were a little dirty, but the food was fresh and well prepared.

Yesterday I ordered two meals for my daughters online. I live out of state and my oldest daughter went to pick it up. The confirmation says to go directly to the designated pickup area. The sandwiches and chips were in the designated area, but the drinks were not there. I paid for drinks but they were not made available for my daughter to pick up. I want my $6 back.

Nasty, this whole place is gross, tables are filthy and floor. Don’t dare touch underneath the table to pull it towards you. Food just didn’t taste the same. No one was friendly at all. My regular sandwich had three pickles three banana peppers and three jalapeños. We will not return. Take an extra 10 min and drive to the one In Greenwood if you want to get the quality and cleanliness you deserve.

The rosemary parmesan bread is what made the sandwich tasty. I split a ham and roast beef sandwich with my wife. We had it “Mike’s way” minus the onions. Basically, that is the works with oil and vinegar and those dreaded onions.
The sandwiches were good, but not fabulous. The service was very good, but we were new and i don’t think they are used to dealing with new people. They assumed we knew the ins and outs.
The card reader was a little weird. It was like there were two places to insert the card, and only one of them works.
The reason I am not giving it five stars, is because the place was totally not clean. I understand they were busy and the customers are supposed to bus their own tables, but each table had crumbs on it in the entire place. The floor was dirty as well. Crumbs everywhere.
Again, that may have been because they were slammed for Sunday at lunch, but even during the slow times, I didn’t see someone come wipe the tables or sweep.

There was an error made with topping our sandwiches as we stood in line. The crew member mistook our order for the people in front of us. When I said something to the manager, he became irritated towards us. He prepped two other orders before correcting ours. Not a single person acknowledged us or informed us of what was being done. Instead we had to stand there and keep putting people ahead of us in the line. We were made to feel awkward and embarrassed for the error they made, without a single person apologizing. As a guest, I will never return to this location. As a restaurant manager for over 20 years, I would be ashamed to have a manager like that on my staff.

The Italian Sub done Mike’s Way was absolutely delicious on Rosemary Cheese bread. The cold cut meats and provolone cheese were thinly sliced and tasted delicious with a hint of the Mike’s Way dressing. The downside was that I should have ordered extra meat, and wish the bread was an Italian hoagie roll. The staff was friendly and helpful.
