My fiance went here on 12/7 at around 12 PM and got a sub. When she got home she bit into a shard of glass. I was out of town on a business trip but she called me crying about it because the restaurant didn’t believe her and told her they would refund the sandwich. I called and asked to talk to the franchise owner who happened to be there and he said that he hoped she would be ok, there isn’t broken glass in their restaurant that he’s aware of and that he would not pay for any medical expenses if she swallowed any glass. She has just had her colon removed and has a colostomy bag and was really, really nervous about what could happen. We have reached out to the health department, Jersey mikes corporate and are filing a police report to document in case this affects her health at all. At end of day, would like to have seen more compassion from the regional manager he was clearly annoyed with the situation and offered nothing useful other than a refund of the $16 which we didn’t care about. Clearly, common sense tells anybody who has ever worked in the restaurant industry the glass likely did not come from something that was dropped and broken by the restaurant staff, but from the ingredients that were shipped to the restaurant. Anything is possible, though. I guess if you eat here check your food for glass.

Update to Owner’s response – I was there shortly after the lunch rush, so I can understand the scattered napkins and straw paper and food pieces on the floor. What I find unacceptable is what appeared to be dog poop(pictured below) from someone’s shoes in 2 or 3 places on the lobby floor. If you can’t see what is visibly wrong with the napkins dispensers that I attached 2 images of different dispensers on, that’s something else. These dispensers are caked with grime and thick dirt from a very long time of not being cleaned. They should all be wiped down a minimum of a couple times a week as part of closing duties. These things currently need a whole bath. I’ve always frequented this location and I’ve never had an issue with the food or rude staff, allbeit sometimes careless(it is fast food after all). Food is good for what it is…but the state the lobby was in, is entirely unacceptable for a food establishment.

Maybe it’s just me, but this is absolutely disgusting. This is thick with weeks, maybe months, of uncleaned surfaces. It’s even sticky to the touch. They all look like this. there’s food and napkins scattered on the floor. While I never expect perfection, this is just gross. The food prep area looks clean and the food tasted fine, but they definitely need to add regular cleaning to their lobby.

Seriously disappointed with the value of the food. We paid almost $5 for extra meat and cheese and got practically nothing. Pretty sure it wasn’t even the standard amount with a regular order. My husband and I split the sandwich for our lunches and I thought maybe the sandwich was just built wonky and was disproportionate but he said his barely had anything either. This location is getting worse and worse. Definitely can’t mobile order for delivery anymore because you apparently have to be there in person only to get close to the proper proportions. I do not recommend wasting your money on trying to order extra meat and cheese. I actually do not recommend coming here at all. Compare the picture I posted versus the other pictures posted. 3 times more meat and cheese.

I picked up a roast beef sub yesterday about 11:30am. Brought it home and it tasted great. That was my only meal of the day, as I only ate a few Ritz crackers before bed. At 6 this morning my stomach was gurgling and I had to quickly go to the bathroom. Could have been the mayo or lettuce. Something was bad.
This location just lost a customer.

Not going to lie. I have had an opinion of Jersey Mike’s from years ago. My wife told me that I had to give them another shot. I believe in second chances so we did lunch. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant, I was surprised by how many people were working and how busy it was. My sandwich met my expectations but what blew me away was the lady at the counter. She was super inviting, she was passionate about what she was serving and committed to serving us. Honestly it was so refreshing to us to feel like we had truly been taken care of. Everyone behind the counter were working together and on it. You just don’t see that anymore. So, Jersey Mike’s, we salute you. You get a heartfelt 5 stars and a healthy recommendation from me.

Come here a couple times a month and have never had anything but good experiences until today. The young lady was not friendly and had an attitude problem. Then my giant sub only had 4 pieces of bacon and half the amount of meat.

The smell completely engrossed my senses! Welcoming and inviting you in to indulge in their must have subs! The Philly is absolutely the best I’ve ever had. It is a little on the pricier side but so worth it! The mini was actually pretty big for me and the giant…well that’s it exactly..GIANT! 10/10 rating!

I love this Jersey Mike’s the most!! The food is fresh, and the employees strive to make a great sub!!!! The place is very clean also. They really load on the meats, and toppings! And they are so friendly, and helpful. Best sub sandwiches I’ve ever had!!!

Very disappointed. The first time I have been in a Jersey Mike’s. The lady make my sandwich on the cutting board in front of her and then put my sandwich on the bare counter theater was not sanitized. Disgusting, my friend cones here a lot and corrected her for the future saying “you seem new shouldn’t put the sandwich on the counter.” The response was….I have been working here for a year…..disappointing.

My wife got her sub heated. There was quite a line for heated sandwiches. Mine was ready immediately. We both enjoyed our food. Store is clean.
