This is sad excuse for a Philly, if beef has gotten too expensive to put an adequate amount raise the price or take it off the menu. If I wanted bread I’d of gotten a loaf from the grocery. Seems to be the common theme w all these corporate food chains anymore…

We had an EXCELLENT experience at this location! Three friendly young men were working the sandwich line. They were warm and friendly with a smile. My daughter has a dairy allergy and they were careful to accommodate her which made her feel comfortable. She said it was the best lunch she has had in a long time! We will go out of our way to come here more now!

My experience here today was wonderful! From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly, unhurried and pleasantly speaking. The facility was very clean and organized and let me tell you the sandwich was just as ordered hot and delicious! Decided to come here on my lunch break to get an overpriced lunch meat sandwich, was not asked if I wanted any toppings on it so I asked the cashier if he could add those to my order as I ordered a hot sandwich and did not get it as I was checking out. The two people I came with ordered a hot sandwich and got theirs 25 minutes before me along with 12 other people behind us. When I finally got a chance to eat my sandwich, (you know, because they wasted my whole lunch hour), all of the toppings were on the side of it and the sandwich was an absolute mess. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Jersey Mike’s. I just have an issue with the 146th St location. I usually get the Philly, #17. The sub just does not taste the same as the identical sub from 96th St. The version on 146th St tastes bland and needs something, like seasoning. I tried the location several times but find myself returning to the 96th St location even though it is almost twice as far.
The staff and service are great at 146th but the darn sub just tastes bland, so will continue going to the 96th St location.

Food is always hot and fresh whenever we order and has never disappointed in quality and flavor. The store is always clean and well kept.
