Freakin gross – so much for light mayo, couldn’t even wrap the thing. Asked for 2 roast beef and provologne got one with and the other one has turkey, like what. Oh don’t forget the secret ingredient of hair.

So we got there at 12:15, my lunch is an hour. I ordered a BLT and immediately was cut off and my sandwich slid down the bar, the man asked if we need anything and we said “yes my other sandwich”. the woman rudely said she didn’t know I needed I needed anything else.” But continued to make 3 other sandwiches, while pushing the BLT aside. Finally my sandwiches were done and I got back to work, opened them up the #44 was missing the toppings i asked for and the BLT was smothered in mayo. we called in to complain and see if they would make it up, or something. Instead she kind of argued and then HUNG UP THE PHONE. Would you eat this number 44?? or the smooshed up sandwich covered in mayo??

I’m giving 3 stars because of costumer service, my family and I will not be back and we’re regulars. We usually go during dinner time. First few times was great, then the ladies started to seem frustrated with us and tonight really just pushed me over the edge. I understand we all have bad days and we’re overwhelmed with work and life and with these workers possibly school since they’re young. But talking about customers and getting upset because they order a certain sub and continue talking crap while making food is not okay. I normally would walk out but Instead I just told them I won’t be back and talking badly in front of customers was not ok. I even tipped them a few dollars for their hard work as the 2 young men that were there were very kind and one of the young men even asked if I was ok. I won’t spend my money there anymore I don’t want to feel like a burden or treated that way.
You can tell she’s a hard worker but customer service is not the best and I don’t want my sandwich made by someone who’s frustrated by me and my order. I went ahead and changed it from 3 starts to 2 stars we got home and two of our sandwiches were wrong, one was for my boyfriend’s dad who was excited to try for the first time and he asked it to be just meat and cheese and it came with everything.. they even wrote our order down and still got it wrong
This was a awful experience this time.

The service is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make the sandwiches fresh when you order. They slice the meat and cheese when you order. The toppings look way better than other sub places. And they give you plenty of toppings. The restaurant is clean.

First of all I ask for my sandwich to be heated. They girl forgot. So when I asked her if she did it she apologized about it so they attempted to heat it but it just didn’t taste the same. And it was the giant one too. There was too much vinegar put on it. Sandwich was so soggy whe. I got home. I have never had a bad experience with them. Im a awards member and all. I just won’t be back for awhile. Very disappointed

First time at a Jersey Mike’s. Got a regular Classic Pastrami & a regular Mike’s Famous Philly. Very good. Lots of meat. Bread was very soft. Definitely full after eating. Employees were professional and efficient.We will try this place again & try something different.
