I’ve never had somewhere get my orders wrong so many consecutive times in a row. I have been there 5+ times since it has opened and the last 3 all my orders have been wrong. Most recently ordered a giant 43 with no peppers and a regular 56. I was the only person in the store and received both completely different sandwiches — a regular 43 with peppers and a giant 44 which was entirely not what I ordered.
If you visit, don’t leave the shop without either checking your order to ensure it’s correct. Or, physically watch them make it.

Shawn was the most wonderful energy and personality to have taking our order for dinner. He truly made our first experience ever a wonderful one. We will certainly be coming again. Horribly mismanaged and understaffed. I really feel bad for the staff. Since the opening last Fall nothing has been right. Moved here from Columbus in 2022. In any neighborhood in Columbus Jersey Mike’s had the best fast food subs and online ordering system. Since the doors opened in Findlay this year I’ve never had an order ready at pick up time and there’s always an understaffed crew trying to cater to the line at the register, meanwhile working on online orders. I’ve had multiple orders just completely wrong. My last trip to Findlays restaurant was today when I waited 30 minutes after my pick up time. Once again, the workers were doing their best.

Ordered ahead on the app. Showed up at the exact time that my 2 subs were supposed to be done. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with 5 other people that were also waiting for subs. During this time we had to listen to the 3 young kids talk about the location of the walmarts and what song was playing on the radio. Also openly talking about how all these online orders were ridiculous because they were about to close. Finally got my order of 2 subs. When pulling into my driveway received a call from jersey Mikes that one of the subs they had given me was not the right one and I could come get the right one. I stated that I would not like to drive all the way back and that I would just like a refund for that one sub. The employee then stated she didn’t know what she wanted me to do. It then took 10 minutes on the phone for a manager to figure out how to do a refund.

We walked in no welcome to jersey mikes was said, the workers acted like they were upset that we were there to order. We waited about 20 minutes for our subs as they had one worker making online subs and ours. The food was super messy. We got it mikes way by the time we sat down our bread was soggy. Out of all the jersey mikes we have ate at this would be by far the worst. All the tables were filthy as well

I talked to someone on a prior visit before leaving this and just got excuses about the glass and radio. It’s weeks later and nothing has changed. Friendly people. Usually Mike food. LOUD. WHAT? IT’S LOUD? You (always) have to yell back and forth with the sandwich maker to get your sub right. Glass is too high. The customer and the maker are too far apart and the place needs noise control. Thats a thing whether it rugs, hanging baffles. Oh, and we need the radio on loud enough to hear over the cimustomer and maker yelling at each other just to make sure its hard to talk. I dont want to yell to order food.

Subs are great but I’m writing about their customer service.
My son and I were in a car accident right in front of Jersey Mikes. Two employees came out immediately. They were wonderful! They checked everyone, offered food, even brought out drinks for everyone. I was so impressed with their care and hospitality. Will never forget their kindness!

Once again, Findlay ruins a great chain. Pickup order took forever. Lady asked my name when I arrived and said it wasn’t ready. After waiting awhile, I checked the pickup shelf and my order had been sitting there the whole time. The bread sucked and the portion sizes are lacking. We will just drive to Rossford when we want good Jersey Mikes. I don’t see this location lasting unless they get better staff
