I’ve been to this location a few times with no issues, until tonight. It started before I even left the store. I ordered 2 subs and they were prepared for me, went to pay with cash when I was informed that it was card only. I really didn’t want to use my Visa for subs. After I drove home, unwrapped our subs and the bread was rock hard. Either it was old and stale or over baked. I called the store and they asked if I could bring the subs back! Um, no. They should have offered to credit my card right then and there over the phone. Not happy, and won’t be back.

It’s ridiculous that this location cant seem to have online orders ready on time. First time I ordered from this location, my 2 subs were not ready until 25 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. That’s 40 minutes after the order was placed. Figured it was a fluke so I ordered again today. Same thing, 2 subs (not a crazy big order). As im typing this i am 15 minutes past my “pickup time”, 30 minutes after the order was placed. Who knows how long ill be waiting. Will be driving the extra distance from now on to go to a location that appreciates their customers time.

I’m a stiffer for a great sandwich. Lord knows that I love a good, well put together submarine sandwich, and Jersey Mike’s delivers that every single time I eat there. Hands down, they have the best submarine sandwiches in the game today. My favorite is the ham and turkey. I destroyed the first sandwich quickly, so I went back in and ordered another one for lunch tomorrow. This place is a must-have if you love the submarine sandwiches and customer service is very elite and super fast. I like that.

Please put the sandwich I asked for (42 on rosemary parm, 10 on rosemary parm) on the bread I asked for. Especially when there was only one other customer in the store. It wasn’t busy. Nearly $40 for two incorrect sandwiches sucks. Sorry I didn’t check when I was in store. That’s on me.

Not impressed. Was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s and the kids that work there wouldn’t listen, they made an extra sub bc of that and tried to charge us for the wrong one they made. The sub I did get was super messy with buffalo sauce covering half the sub, was too much to bear to even eat . Will not be going back

Good spot to stop in and grab a bite to eat! The staff were decent, the food was great! The only complaint I really have is the pop machine didn’t seem calibrated. My drink was very carbonated with a little bit of syrup.

Food is always good and fresh. I recently ordered through their website and by the time I got there to pick it up my kid had fallen asleep on the car. I called and asked if they minded to bring my order out to me. They did, and he was so nice about it! As a mom, that was much appreciated!

So although it was my 2nd time visiting this place, it was my 1st time ORDERING from this place! Yesterday- August 27, 2024 I placed and order online for curbside pickup and so did my daughter. I ordered the Turkey Club sub and my daughter got the Club sub. So we get there and my order was ready. I asked the young lady if the other order was ready and she had to go look. She came back out to tell me a door dasher had took that ordered and that they were going to have to remake it. She apologized and said that she would remake my order as well…..even though I received my sub. I thanked her and waited. She brought out my daughter’s sub and another Turkey Club sub and we were on our way after I thanked her and she apologized once more. Once I got home and got to start eating half of my sub….i thought it was decent tasting. IT WAS NOT UNTIL TODAY that I thought to myself I WAS CHEATED OUT OF BACON!!!! According to the PICTURE on the menu…the Turkey Club is supposed to have STRIPS of Applewood bacon….on BOTH subs I only got HARD BITS of bacon CHOPPED UP HARD BITS!!! My daughter’s sub had actual bacon strips but I didn’t. I appreciate them making up for a mistake they didn’t cause (i.e. door dasher) BUT cheating me out of my STRIPS OF BACON left a sour taste in my mouth.
