Reviews
Food: We ordered two sandwiches, the ingredients were very skimpy and one barely had much on it at all! I’ve ordered from other Jersey Mike’s several times and the subs are very plump, full, and amazing.
Seriously disappointed!!! The town was very excited about getting a Jersey Mike’s but most of the reviews are speaking for themselves!
We arrive at 12:10- 5 minutes before pickup. They were pretty busy being a Sunday so I figured we would have to wait a few minutes past our pickup time which was no problem.
I send a screenshot to my boyfriend of the order information I received the night prior. He goes in and waits patiently for our food to be ready. 10 minutes goes by, 20 minutes, then 30 minutes. He then asks about our order- which is 2 bowls, didn’t think it would take so long.
He’s then told there’s no order under my name. He then shows them the ticket number I sent him, and they tell us there’s no such order under that ticket #. At this point, my boyfriend is pretty frustrated and tells them we do in fact have an online order today, and it IS paid for.
He is then told by the GM Holly A that – “You’re just showing me a screenshot. Am I just supposed to give you free food sir?” Which was ridiculous to say to a customer.
I then come in to see what the problem is and to show the confirmation email I received with the correct store, confirmation, order date, and pickup time. She then tells me that I “ came in here to cause a scene”. Wow. That was NOT my intent. Just wanted my food that I already paid for.
Another employee chirps in and says “I wouldn’t even give them their food- just give them a refund.” WOW.
I tell them I put the order in at 8PM the previous night and have been waiting almost an hour for these 2 bowls.
The whole vibe changed after I said that.
Holly A the GM then told me nicely that the workers the previous night must have thrown out our ticket, that’s why our food wasn’t ready.
Extremely unprofessional and rude manager Holly A.- on Sunday, March 30th. She must’ve been having a bad day. How does one accuse someone- A CUSTOMER of trying to get free food that has CLEARLY been paid for. I am not a person to try and get free food- never have been and never will be. And I have no respect for people who do. The manager Holly A. didn’t even apologize after we finally received our food. We usually get Jersey Mikes once every week or so. Now, I don’t think I will be returning for a while if ever. So just a heads up if you order online with them- be prepared and have proof of payment and order or you might be accused of being a thief!!! Lmao
