Genuinely best subs in the area. Limited topping section but only because all their ingredients are kept very fresh. No other sub place has anything on Jersey Mikes, their bread, meats, topping and drinks are amazing. Their iconic Stubborn Root beer and vanilla soda are amazing as well. Restaurant is always clean and employees are friendly. Definitly recommend for the best sub in the area.

I had a pickup order and there was multiple pieces of hair in my order. I am very pissed as being a loyal customer! If you’re going to work there and you have longer hair have the common courtesy of putting it back or Atleast wearing a hair net. That is very disrespectful and disgusting.

So this seems to be a common thing g with this location. They messed up our sandwich orders again, drive 15 minutes to have corrected. Told them to please remake at which point the sandwich maker named Dylan Thomas (may have been Stewart) stated “could you just take off the tomatoes as I just shut down the slicer.” I said no I absolutely do not like tomatoes. Told him to refund it, which he stated he could not. I’m assuming this guy is the “manager” as he was the only one without an apron on. This type of customer service is absolutely horrible … the “open” sign on the door is turned off I’m assuming as a way to stop people from coming in at the end of the night, especially since they close at 9 and it’s barely 8:25. This location will lose loyal customers …. It’s cool though jimmy johns is literally 15 seconds away

Used to be one of the best jersey mikes around but wow how the standards have fallen. Ever since the new ownership and change in management the store has gone downhill. Every time me and my wife go in they prioritize online orders first before serving the in store customers. We even had a kid top our sandwich with using just one hand spilling oil and vinegar everywhere. The standards here have fallen tremendously. We will be driving to the Anderson store from now on.

Unfortunately, quality, customer service and sandwich consistency is lacking!
In my only and last of three visits each sandwich has been made different; although I order the same giant #5
My last I had half cheese slices because that’s what was left of the cheese; old lettuce that I argued for fresh; wilted tomatoes; and what an attitude from the lady assembling my sandwich!
Try Anderson franchise; always consistent and customer service is outstanding!
$17 sandwich is a lot of franchise profit for 2-3 oz meat and condiments! You can go to several restaurants for a better meal at that price!
It’s time consumers get quality and value for hard earned money!

I’m new to the Jersey Mike’s game. I normally have eaten at those other sub places but recently tried Mike’s and I tell ya what, I really like the food BUT I love the customer service at this location even more. I don’t know where they found the young adults who work there but management did a great job hiring these folks. I’ve only been in there 3 times but all of those times, the customer service I received was exceptional. My most recent visit, I hadn’t realized that I came in shortly before close and having worked in restaurants for 20 yrs, I really try not to do that. So, I apologized and explained that I worked in restaurants and I know how it sucks to have your stuff cleaned up and a customer come in so close to closing. These young adults said, “no, problem, we just like having the business” and had smiles on their faces. They were kind, friendly, polite and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. Even going so far as to slice some green peppers for me because they were out on the line. I was super impressed with the level of customer service I received from these young adults. Makes me have a bit of hope for the younger generation. Management, I didn’t catch their names but please be sure to give kudos to your staff from Friday night 6/28.

Jersey Mike’s has the greatest sandwiches EVER, in my opinion. The meat is always great, very fresh and sliced to order. Their toppings are always fresh and the bread is baked daily. The employees at the Amelia location are great! They always know remember my order (I go there about 3 times a week!) and they make it perfectly. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer to this location!
