work 3 miles from this location. so lets call it 5-8 minutes drive in traffic. ordered online as i left the office. I walked in, employee greeted me, she was very polite, helpful. my sub was ready. well packaged. sub was made precisely as ordered. DELICIOUS. The difference maker was the staffs attitude. i genuinely felt appreciated. Keep it up. A perfect experience. THANK YOU.

One of the very best Jersey Mikes I have EVER been to. The staff at night on weekdays when I visit are such sweethearts and get me in and out very quickly. Was here opening day and they messed up both my sandwiches. Called and said to talk to manager next day. Stopped in and he had already given me a credit on order ticket. Came on today to redeem and the manager (older black guy) couldn’t find it and said they throw them away after a few days. Wouldn’t honor my order. I left. For proof, chicken bacon ranch sandwich with no sign of bacon.

We are repeat customers, come at least twice a week. The crew is so friendly and efficient. They really work together as a team. The facility is always clean and the crew is always changing out their gloves, I’m not sure what the guidelines are but they sure must be following them. The owners were there one day and told them all the same things I’m writing here. They can thankful they have such good people representing their store and the Jersey Mikes product. I wish I knew all the crew members names, the ones I remember are; Jennifer, Genessa, Genevieve, “Bean”, and a few more that I don’t recall their names. The food has always been great and really enables us to keep with our dietary needs. Since January 1, we’ve been on a diet and exercise journey Jersey Mike’s allows us to meet our goals

Do not eat here after 2 PM. The bread is made in the morning and is stale by early afternoon. I brought this up to the manager and they said they were following procedures. Processed food with bad bread is not a wind.

This was my first time visiting this location! Megan had such amazing customer service, just brought a smile to my face with her jokes! The manager at the time was also a lovely gentleman who was very kind and attentive. Food was 100/10 and made nice and fast thank you very much will be visiting again!

Jersey Mike’s in west Chester is amazing. I’ve never seen a happier or more friendly staff. Everyone worked well together! I got a chicken salad sandwich and it was superb. I’m sad though that the chicken salad is going away.
